This is a great store with amazing staff. The staff was so helpful and genuine. Really willing to get you what is the best option without thinking of how much money they are making off it. They are amazing and I will definitely be visiting again!

Good tobacco shop, the only one of its kind in downtown Kelowna.Hours are a little short, although the selection of tobaccos is strong.

The girlfriend & I have had poor experiences at this place with one of the staff members. Found them to be & unhelpful. Their cigars always fall apart & never seem to light well. They do a have a range of other smoking related items so points for that!

Always a great selection of cigars ranging from new novelties to tried and true classics, a good line up of pipe tobaccos and alternative smoking products, as well as some decent accessories for the lifestyle. Not to mention a fiercely attractive woman handling customer service.

I will NEVER go to this business again! The person working there was SOOO unprofessional and nasty I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and if I didn't like it to leave! NEVER have I been treated this way and I used to send ALOT of my clients to this business. I will NEVER recommend anymore of my clients to this business with this woman running the show, she wouldn't tell me her name but she has long brown hair and a attitude that would make satan very proud. A message to the owner, take drastic measures and get rid of this toxic person before its too late!

Excellent tobacco shop with friendly staff and a great variety of products. Many brands of interesting tobacco from several nations ranging from affordable to exquisite; Cigars, cigarillos, cigarettes, fresh-tended pipe tobacco, dry/liquid vapor products, hookah shisha, and accessories. Always eager to try something new. The only proper tobacco emporium in Kelowna!
