I highly recommend Eden Kennels if you are looking for a golden retriever that is a true representation of the breed . This is a breeder that truly cares about the health and temperament of the dogs. I currently live with 3 Eden girls and knowing that we have a lifetime of support and knowledge - everything from feeding, training, health etc. is definitely reassuring. This is a breeder you can rely on !

We got a puppy in 2013 from Eden Kennel. It was such a good experience that we got another one in 2021. Jamie is very knowledgeable about the breed. Her passion and dedication are incredible. You get to be involved in their journey from the time they are born with lots pictures and videos. You can rest assured, if you get an Eden puppy, you are getting a well bred, healthy golden with a lifetime of support.

Eden Kennels has been responsible for bringing two of my best friends into this world. Wyatt 2002-2018 and now Archer 2018! Both dogs have had not only show stopper looks but also the most kindest, intuitive, and loyal personalities. Wyatt lived a very long and illness free life. He was beyond remarkable. Everyone always commented on his good behaviour and was labeled “the best dog ever” by all who knew him. Archer is now 3 and extremely handsome, loving and intelligent. Our family loves him so much and he brings so much joy to our lives! I would never go to any other breeder than Eden Kennels. Jamie puts her heart and soul into her breeding and does what is best for the breed, not what’s best for her pocket. She doesn’t cut corners. Top notch puppies is what she brings into this world. I owe her so much for the joy I have had because of her hard work!

We got our dog Wally from Eden Kennels in 2021 in the midst of the pandemic. Even with restrictions and lock downs, they were so easy to work with and so upfront and transparent. Jamie truly cares about her dogs, the puppies, and the quality of the lines. We live far away so we couldn’t come in advance to meet or see their property but on the day of, they were very transparent and their dogs that we met on site (including our puppy’s mom) were clearly very well cared for and loved. They were also great, incredibly sweet and well tempered dogs. They do not overbreed their dogs and do not produce excessive numbers of litters like other “breeders”.We love our dog Wally, he completed our family and is healthy, sweet and even-tempered. Jamie also follows up and I know I could reach out at any time if I needed anything from her or was having any issues. If you’re looking for a golden, look no further!

Without a doubt I would recommend Eden Kennels. We received our beautiful puppy in July of 2022. Prior to receiving her, Jamie was extremely helpful and prompt in answering our questions via email. She has an invaluable amount of knowledge and expertise. She cares deeply about her dogs and providing them with the best. Winnie is the perfect addition to our family. She has a gentle but curious temperament. We are excited to watch her grow and enjoy sharing the milestones with Jamie.

10 years ago we found Jamie of Eden Kennels while researching and searching for a golden retriever, my dream dog. We knew immediately that we had found the right place and the best breeder. Jamie puts her heart and soul into her puppy litters giving each and every puppy the best possible start. Jamie answered all our questions, is extremely knowledgeable with current best practices for puppies and dogs of all ages. By the time we brought home our puppy, Romeo, Jamie felt like part of our family. So it’s not surprising that we kept in touch sending her photos, milestone updates and sharing silly stories. She replies to every update and continues to make herself available should any other questions come up.Our experience with Jamie was so positive we wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere for a puppy. Teddy became part of our family early 2020. Both boys brought us such joy in difficult, uncertain pandemic times. Both boys are loving, playful, silly, full of personality, eager to please and easy to train. All common traits I notice when I view Jamie’s videos of her grown dogs and her puppy litters.When the times comes to add a third to our amazing golden crew, we will visit Eden Kennels again. We have had two golden retrievers from Eden Kennels (2006 and 2021). Jamie cares deeply about her dogs and ensuring the puppies go to good homes and makes sure that you are setup for success answering any questions, providing lots of information on her website and facebook page and in conversation. She provided us guidance months after bringing our 2006 puppy home. I appreciate that Jamie matched our 2021 puppy to our circumstances and it has been an excellent match!
