For such a small location, they offer a great selection. Staff is friendly and personable. They work hard to keep the store tidy and organized, despite catering to mostly kids and pre-teens whom can mess it up quite badly!One thing to work on would be accessibility. It is very crowded in the store, even when it is not busy, because of the many free-standing display stands. I have a disability and use a cane daily; I find the store to be quite small just using that small mobility device and couldn't imagine trying to get a wheelchair in there!

Very good staff.. got both my toddlers ear pierced from here .. staff was very supportive and very professional and had a really great experience overall.. thanks a lot for your patience and the way you consoled our daughters couldn’t ask for a better service.. thanks Katrina .. ❤️

I am a 50 year old Trans Woman. Both my daughters had their first piercing at this location many years ago. So I chose it as my location to get my first piercing done as well. All a part of my gender affirming care. The lady who took care of me, Krista was wonderful. I briefly told her my story and she instantly put me at ease and made me feel welcomed. She accepted the idea of my preferred name and was very friendly. Krista made this a very wonderful experience for me and another step on my path to womanhood.

Do NOT get ear piercing done here. They did my daughters 2nd piercing and screwed it up...one side is way too close to the first. We went back to complain and the lady said it was because my daughters ear is different on that side!? She would not fix it unless she put it up way higher than the other side is. No refund offered. We now have to let that one side heal over and we will go to a professional piercer to get that one fixed. Very poor customer service at Claire's.
