I booked Toyota Highlander in Feb 2022.. Paid booking amount but after 6 months, no one is picking up my phone and whenever picked up, saying I didn't booked anything. No booking showing under my name. I have transaction proof. Sales Rep who took money is not responding and even showroom manager, I called 2 times, they initially put me on hold and then hang up.

Open Road Auto Group is the only auto group that will give you the worst trade in appraisals & customer service id rather spend a couple bucks more & shop somewhere else these guys are a waste of time f’ing joke
