Went over the long weekend to hike the lake trail, long hike not the hardest trail but it is well marked and was enjoyable.Worth checking out!Once my hike was finished it looked like a lot of families were enjoying camping etc.

Lovely area next to man made lake and dam that is part of the flood control. Sites are very large and most offer shade. Power and water on most, some water only. No smoking in park. 24hr guardhouse and security. Friendly helpful staff

I have used the amenities at Wildwood lake for a number of years. I use a manual wheelchair and use their amazing accessible kayak dock to kayak around the lake The lake is very picturesque but can be quite busy on weekendsThey have great no power campsites around the lake to be away from the worldLast but not least the staff are FANTASTIC!!!!. They are helpful and very professional

Great conservation area for boating and fishing. If you go to the far side of the lake you can access a no boat area that is amazing for paddle boarding. Also lots of great trails for walking around the lake.

Beautiful area for a walk or camping! Went there during winter and the view was stunning! Can’t wait to go back and camp during summer :)

Epic round-the-reservoir trail (shared by hikers and cyclists), paddling, boating, fishing. Camping is dominatedby big seasonal trailers. Lots of space to spread out for day use picnics. Park roads are in rough shape, as are picnic shelters. Very good conservation area.

We enjoyed an incredible annual family get-together at this Conservation area. This location is well known locally for its gravel quarry which has been converted to a controlled day access swimming area. There is a long bike/walking trail which surrounds Wildwood Lake which you can enter through the camping area. Seasonal trailer sites, day trailer sites, and day camping sites are offered. All three options are very tight in terms of sits size with little to no privacy. This isn't a concern if you know what you are expecting. Some tent sites, for example 435 to 427 have very few, if any, options for a level tent area. All sites are serviced with water. The playground equipment is tired. Asphalt is warn, bumpy and not conducive to some children's items like bikes or scooters. Lawn and washroom facilities are well maintained and serviced. Staff are very friendly and responsive to requests from guests.

The trail here is amazing. Very clear trail markers along the route that tell you where to go. Great scenery and nature and very well maintained. Perfect for an afternoon bike ride or hike. It's very similar to the Fanshawe trail in London but with more double track sections instead of single track.

Great place for a nice walk. Looking forward to kayaking in the summer. Very unclear whether you need a parking permit in the winter. Couldn't find a place to pay but did see people with permits. Campground and pool area looks like it could be nice to rv in the summer.
