They were on top of helping me gather the documents required, finalizing my application, submitting the application on portal and giving me updates till I received the PR. Nadia and Gagneet were very helpful in completing my Student visa. As with any other visa, it can be frustrating and nerve wracking. Both of these ladies were thorough in the paper work and when mistakes were caught they were fixed immediately. Just bear in mind that they are very busy so questions that need answering you'll need to wait 24 hours for a response. I would definitely recommend!

A great serviceOverall it served its purpose, they may take a while to reach back but they are professional in their work and are always open to answer questions and give feedback. I got my student visa with some setbacks in a satisfactory way and for that I am very grateful and pleased with their services. Law clerk, Angelia Do. Sells me a fairytale that to get a TN Visa for USA all I need is a job offer from a US employer. This couldn't be any further from the truth. They also tell you if you pay for all your requested services together they will give you a discount which sounds enticing but when it comes to legal matters I guess you get what you pay for.After paying half of the quoted $1500 USD to process application I was setup with a lawyer, Monica Singh. At first the service seemed fine but I put far too much trust in her to ensure I was legally sorted out. She produced an employer support letter, this is when they charged the remaining 50% of the outstanding balance. I trusted the letter was in good order but turned out to be so horribly written. It looked like it was a copy and paste document with different types of fonts used throughout and a description of a job not inline with my offer or abilities.With the package in hand prepared by MVS I went to the boarder and was told, insufficient documents and this is not a job that qualifies for TN status. I was denied my application for a visa! What am I paying MVS for if not to have sufficient documentation?I then wrote my own consulting agreement, 7 pages long that was so good the US employer immediately increased the compensation on my offer by $20,000 per year. It took over 2 weeks for Monica to complete her review of this agreement and in her final response effectively told me, remove everything I wrote and copy what she had written in her employer support letter. I learned because US Boarder Security has a copy of this employer support letter I am now tied to whatever it says and cannot make significant changes.Another week passed as my attempts to get more information from Monica went unanswered. Many unanswered calls and emails. I called the MVS office and was told Monica is not their system. After a web of lies and misinformation apparently I have a new lawyer.Pavel Rozman, sent out an introduction email instructing he has been assigned and to rest assured he was completely familiar with my case. 2 emails and 6 phone calls later I was finally able to reach him, only because he accidently answered his phone telling me, his call display wasn't working. He had no idea who I was or anything about my case. He desperately tried to get off the phone with me and told me he would be in touch later that week. It has now been more than 2 months and there has been zero contact.I hired another lawyer from a much more reputable firm who confirmed all my suspicions. I was denied application a second time and US Customs said they were familiar with Monica Singh and her work.Do not use MVS. If you are already a customer do not make final payment until your application is fully resolved. Do not put your trust in this firm or their lawyers and make sure you do all your own research. you only get 1 shot to process your visa correctly.
