Wow. The whole team, Julie, Dr Marsh, Kelsey and Gabby are all just so informed and knowledgeable. They helped me select frames and lenses. Helped figured out a depth perception issue I had with an adjustment to the lens. Plus the selection of frames, designer and in house, is impressive. I finally feel confident I have the right glasses and I’ll never order online again. Professional experience is well worth it. After all, it’s your eyes and health, right?

Staff were great! I got my myself a pair of prescription glasses for driving and was able to get y friend a second set for free by using their 2 for 1 everyday deal. I also used Groupon voucher and my employer health benefits to cover all the costs.Would definitely recommend if you need glasses and are on a budget and have health benefits.

The Optimitrists are amazing but the front staff/ service not so much. Been waiting 3.5 weeks on a pair of glasses and finally got called in today to pick them up but the sunglasses I ordered and payed for at the same time are not. Now IMust return for a fourth trip in. Last time we tried to call got no answer and never received a call back on the status after 3 days.

Shelly was a tremendous help while assisting me in choosing new frames. She spent a long time helping me pick suitable frames to fit my face, while maintaining my desire to have Easyclip glasses again and also taking into consideration my prescription needs. Shelly is very knowledgable about her job. When I went to pick the glasses up, she was friendly and helpful yet again. Thank you, Shelly.

Had an exam with Dr Marsh and was treated very well. Then looked at glasses with the friendly staff who are all so cheerful and kind. Then they even fixed the nose pieces on my current frames at no charge. My current lenses are from there and they are excellent quality. I’d buy glasses here again for sure.

I am so happy. The girls today at Optiks East side in Calgary were fantastic. They helped me so much. I found two awesome pairs of glasses. I don't have insurance. I was able to use the Groupon. I am very impressed I pick up my glasses in two weeks and will add to my review.

Horrible experience, staff had no valuable input, advice or knowledge. Left annoyed and angry. Definitely don't go if you want help picking frames.

The optometrist is great, thorough, kept appointment times and nice staff all around.However no customer service from the eyeglasses store portion of this place. Handed me a tray and that was that... They just sat chatting. Thanks for the help folks. I'll stick to Clearly in Chinook, fantastic service if anyone is looking.
