Un service très professionnel de la part d’Eddi. Le nettoyage effectué sur ma thermopompe a fait toute la différence. Elle ne fait plus de bruit et le débit d’air s’est grandement amélioré.

Mario is an Excellent person! His Team installed a great Mitsubishi unit 8 month ago and everything works amazing. He went back and forth to match the siding color. His Tech lost the filters during the installation and Mario came through the winter and brought brand new ones! Highly recommended and great value for installing the best heat pump in the market!Thanks guys!

Pas professionnel ... Vous devez courrire après pour faire respecter la garantie ... Travail bâclé et sous contractant non qualifié .. et respecte pas les normes et code tu bâtiment ... Fait plusieurs appels pour réparer la mal installation et après 2 mois tjrs aucune réponse nous allons devoir passer par la protection du consommateur ....

Une personne fiable (exigent envers le service/prix) ma réfère Eddy. Alors j’avais déjà confiance.Eddy est sympathique, honnête et ‘’terre à terre’’. Il m’a expliqué le problème et quoi faire pour le prévenir.Il ma fait des suggestions et je n’ais sentis AUCUNE pression de sa part.Je suis totalement satisfaite et le recontactera pour des modifications futur.

2022 mise à jour toujours aucune réparation effectué aucune Garantie offert...Travail mal fait.. Sous contractant non qualifié installation de piètre qualité et ne respects pas la garantie... Regardez les photos sa dit tout. La dernière photo est l'unité mural que les vis tien pas.
