Went again this morning and still no line up at all on a Monday morning at 9:30 Worth the 25 min drive for sure, especially with the friendly efficient staff!=====Previous Sep 2021: Best Service Ontario location in Mississauga / Oakville vicinity. Went to several Mississauga and Oakville locations where wait times were about 2 hours. This place had a wait time of 0. Crazy! Staff were friendly, quick and efficient. Even though I want to, it is a crime to keep this place a secret. TIP: Go in the morning before the mall stores open.

Best Customer Service of any Service ON I’ve used in the 45 plus years of using these offices. I’ve been there on 3 occasions & the staff & quality of service is consistently excellent! Lines move fast & the fact there’s a Notary Public on sight makes it very convenient if you need to get docs notarized! My transactions involved significant time due to relocations , renewals, transfers & several other complex matters for multiple people. Christine & her staff, Archna & Anterpreet, were very knowledgeable, patient & efficient! I hesitate to tell people about this Georgetown mall location of Service Ontario because it’s the best kept secret in the area! I’ve always had great luck here, excellent friendly service and Christin is particularly helpful and pleasant to deal with. It’s rarely busy but always professional, courteous and the opposite of your typical govt office. 5 stars all day long.

Customer service requires specific skill sets which is influenced by our education and culture. Same for customer experience. This location would probably receive 5 star plus in another location but might not be good enough for Georgetown. People paid by tax payers money should not sit behind their desk to exert their power. Instead they should serve the Customers specially when it comes to public procedures. Procedures should be made clear. One cannot move from one desk to another and be told different information. Information available on the website is the only source before reaching the place. The agents cannot improvise behind their desk. Worse telling customers the form they received by post is redundant and they have nothing to do with it. To whom it may concern please take time to train the tax paid agents.

I don’t normally make reviews but I thought I’d let people know that if you’re looking to get your vehicle from a deceased person, registered, this is not the place you want to get that done. They will need you to go back to the wife or husband of the deceased and have them provide another signature, which allows the signee to go through more emotions of their deceased loved one. They are not able to digress a situation if needed. There seemed to be only one lady in there that was able to digress the situation very well and got the job done. I was back 4 times in order to resolve the situation due to lack of information these other ladies provided me with. If you don’t have a good experience the first time, it may take 4-5 tries until you get someone competent.

Went two days ago to complete a transfer form. No line-up at all and the service I received was quick, friendly, and really helpful! I had the wrong form with me and the clerk walked us through completing the right form in just a couple minutes.

I’m absolutely very happy with the level of customer service of this office.Cordial people, I had a few issues all solved quickly and kindly!Thank you!

Mar 18, 2023 we visited this location around 11am this lady sitting in the window where it is has the accessible sign was helping us. I am using helping us very lightly here as she was very condescending. She is an employee and her job is to know about the processes, we visited because we needed help. Obviously we were asking questions, we are not new immigrants and we are very educated people just that we needed some information on license plate change . The way she spoke to us was like we were stupid n lacked knowledge and was asking stupid questions. what she needs to understand is her job should be to help us in a way that we are there to gather information because they are the subject matter experts and not be condescending. I would appreciate if the supervisor please let her know that she cannot take that tone or look with the customer

Located right inside the mall , 4 tellers and was not busy at all . First time i walked right off to the Customer service person. Every other location ever been is packed and rude

Yesterday, the owners of Green-Port Environmental and Sivitilli Landscaping Inc. came to the Georgetown branch to print new ownership and plate transfer documents for 4 trucks and 7 trailers. it is a very time-consuming exercise with much paperwork required.
