Baskin Robbins Derry Village

I would like to give 5 stars to the service that we have received from a girl, i forgot to ask her name but she was working last night june 21, we went there around 11pm, she has excellent customer service skill, she was smiling all the time and treated us so well. She should be recognized for her great service :)

I always go to baskin monthly to get my Icecream haul for my freezer. I would never go back to this location EVER. I purchased a large take home container for about 30 bucks and this location had the worst SERVICE I have ever experienced. I was treated as if I was begging for free Icecream. I was served by an older lady who was a complete GROUCH and was very disrespectful throughout my entire time there. She was upset because she didnt want me to choose many Icecream flavours and did not want to fill my container of Icecream up properly and was therefore leaving huge gaps . Thinking back, I wish I just left and did not order anything from this unbearable excuse of a person. She humiliated me in front of the other customers and made me feel like a piece of dirt. I went to baskin to uplift my spirits, however ever since this interaction, I’m fuming with regret. She was so despicably rude to not only all the customers, but the other young workers as Well!!!!!!!! I hope she sees this review and something is done about her attitude !!!!

This location is horrible. They usually have one international student working behind the counter, who barely speaks any English and doesn't know how to even scoop ice cream. Try asking them a question & they always respond with 'i don't know, you can ask the owner' ok where's the owner 'oh at home sleeping' so who do I ask lol. They don't even know the prices of ice cream

A single person serving but excellent service! I am sure you guys would hire more staff if it’s viable.** Clean washrooms!!** Proud of BR, and it deserves to be North America's favorite ice cream.

This location is open till late which is great, however they are a little under staffed as the girl serving on this location in the night was kinda on her toes. Many ppl missed 31% discount because of the line-up. Have a humble, if Baskin robins can add more flavours with chocolate flavour(without eggs) would be lovely and would make it a 5 star ice-cream store.

Love it. Love most of their flavours. I have had tons of ice creams from tons of places but nothing really beats Baskin Robbins. The reason being other places are tooo sweet whereas Baskin Robbins is actually the right amount of sweetness!

As a frequent customer of this place it’s disappointing that the owner Germain doesn’t know how to deliver what good customer experience is. Clearly one of her staff cheated on how they filled up the tub of ice cream I ordered which it appeared to be half full when we were about to eat it. Their reason it’s because that particular flavour melts faster (Mango Tango) are you serious? We’ve never had that issue before. If it wasn’t for your lazy staff.

All the cakes were basically the same flavour and not exciting. Taste was ok, but service wasn't great. Hope customer service improves and cake varieties also improve

Recently I have visited the store I had love portion ice- cream , cookie dough and chocolate every flavour was really satisfied my taste buds . I really impressed with hospitality especially with employee Komali and she explained about every flavour and about the cakes . I appreciate the store.
