I've been dealing with a troublesome, practically new Merc that would run perfectly 90% of the time making it difficult to diagnose the issue. On a quiet morning, B invited me to pull my boat in to the shop and diagnose the issue step by step alongside me. He was able to pinpoint the issue and provide a temporary solution to get me on the water. He was not pushy about the really expensive part that needed replacing which I opted to go for. A week later the boat is running great and the summer is saved. Their service, facilities, ability to water test on river, and the ladies at the desk have earned my 5 stars.

I just purchased my first Lund from Pirate Cove Marina. My sales experience with Moe was outstanding. Zero pressure, just honest valuable information that helped me make decisions on the best boat for me. Yesterday as we traveled the Rideau Canal on the Loop, we called about an issue with our engine. Lauren invited us to stop in and dock along the fuel dock. We arrived 30 minutes later and Brett, one of their Yamaha technicians quickly assessed and diagnosed the issue and worked for nearly an hour with the boat in the water to fix the problem. He went above and beyond with half his head and face in the water. Even though he was unable to fix it, we left pleased with the part we need in hand for the next time we sling the boat for service. We would highly recommend this team of service providers on the Rideau Canal.

Lorne helped us out today. Trailer lights weren't working, and helped diagnose a bad ground, even came out with a testing kit.Third year storing and maintaining the boat here. Staff has always been great.

An ideal blend of services, setting and proximity to ottawa for the price. The marina sits on the longest stretch of the canal system between lock stations with lots of good anchorages, and each slip comes with a patch of lawn for recreation. Full service marine mechanic and salt water swimming pool.

I brought in a mid-sized outboard for an oil change. They tried to charge me 3 hours shop labour. That obviously seemed high, so I asked them if this was standard. They said that it was. When I insisted that this seemed like alot of time for an oil change they admitted that it was a mistake"

Will pass on this list of issues. HAD TO DRIVE to their location to sign papers and ended up forgetting some papers that we signed by e-mail. Forgot a bag that belonged with our pontoon and asking us to drive 125Km back to their dealership to pick these up. Answers from Manitou to get bars to complete a camper top were very long and disapointing... Have to admit they finally have stepped it up now that the season has kicked in. Thanks To Kim for responding very quickly on parts request.
