Just got a lease here for a 2023 Elantra. Despite the current car market, Joey was able to get me a brand new car 1.5 months from initial contact and really cared to get something I'd like. Great service from Martin and Denis from used car department. Really went far and beyond to make sure three car was to my satisfaction before delivery. Service department took little bit more time to schedule some needed repairs butb once done, all was good.

Super friendly service. Bernard the chauffeur service driver is such a pleasure to be around. One star removed as when I got my car back the steering wheel was covered in dirt from the mechanics hands.

Wow, I got swore at! I inquired about a vehicle from autotrader but this sales named Benoit Ouellette replied in French. When I mentioned I don't speak french, he ignored me. When I tried to follow up, he said the car was sold which is already 2 weeks later.I said I will leave negative feedback, he swore at me in an email which is the only English that he could speak, see attached. Please deal with this employee, I will send this to the media as I got the full trace of the conversation.Benoit, I hope you are reading this and have already costed you your job. We are in Canada and English is one of the official language.

Most of the time is good, but the last time I went they wanted to replace the 2 calipers in the back, because one was leaking the brake fluide and the second was getting bad, but when I told them that those calipers were replace by them just a month ago....they just replace one, the sencond as per them was not that bad anymore....
