My partner and I had the best experience with East Coast Mortgage Brokers. Our broker was Nikki Carew and she gave us incredible customer service. Always quick to respond to us and answer all of our questions. We shopped around for other mortgage rates as this was our first home purchase and we wanted to see what was out there. No one could beat or even match the rate we got from Nikki. I highly recommend Nikki and the team at East Coast Mortgage Brokers. Top tier service and rates that can’t be beat.

Nikki and the rest of the staff have been very quick to respond to any questions via phone and email. Easy to get an appointment at their office as well.

Not a good experience for my partner and I. We had been saving and building our credit (made some mistakes in our youth, not smart on our part) for quite some time. Spoke with one agent and she said things looked great, had to gather up some more paperwork and we'd go from there. She ended up leaving and we got transferred to another agent and things went sour very quickly. She was very hard to get in contact with. And after we put an offer in she basically came back to us and said that we had too many strikes and shes doesn't know why the other agent even told us we would get approved. I ended up going to my bank the next day; we were approved 3 days later and in our home shortly after. Everything she said was wrong with our file, my broker at my bank said it all looked excellent. I do not recommend using ECMB.

We had a fantastic experience with East Coast Mortgage Brokers. My husband and I were able to transition from owning two homes, to building our first house together seamlessly, despite all of our concerns and insecurities. Our mortgage broker, Nikki, was so personable and professional, and was able to put to rest any worries we had. We will definitely be returning when our mortgage renews.
