8 employees are working but no one is available at the customer desk. we asked to someone take our order answer is skip to one to another person spend almost 20 minutes to get our coffee ☕️

Has improved, however service has gotten worse. On top of that, they keep messing up your order ( you order a large, you get a small/medium or you add an item, and they completely miss it). Then at the window instead of just fixing it, they nickel and dime you instead of just fixing the mistake to keep the customer happy and coming back more often.

Horrible service. I ordered a sausage farmer's wrap, and I was given bacon. The food was prepped again, and after it was done, the lady threw it on the table and walked away. I was talking to the lady in front of the cash register that the lady who prepped the food just threw the food on the table and left. She said I don't know, and left too."

My old review: Usually a satisfactory drive thru, but today at 3:40p.m. I actually sat in my car for 20 minutes! Busiest time of the day and they did not have enough staff. I was late for my appointment. Manager needs to know better than not to have enough staff. The traffic flow here is constant. I was not a happy customer today.Today's June 3 review: today was the second worst drive thru experience. Not only did I wait 15 minutes, they didn't give me butter, knife or a spoon with the soup, the soup was spilling out, the iced coffee overflowing and as I confirmed from my daughter when I got home, it wasn't iced Coffee but some other sugar drink! Wow!By the way, I live down the street and I expect better!

Ordered a hot chocolate for the kid and get a cup brown water completely unacceptable… I have been a daily customer here for years but the service at this location has plummeted in the last year and now trying to poison my children with what ever garbage your staff is serving. Good thing I checked the cup before giving it to my child.

Is this extra ice ??I can literally count the ice cubes in there .If you just want to start charging for ice -go ahead if that will get you to up your customer service.
