Came in with my daughter to get a price adjustment on shoes that we had previously purchased. Both the staff member on the floor and the manager were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were more than willing to adjust the price of the shoes (a $45 savings for me) despite the fact that I did not even bring the shoes back with me. They had no problem with using my online receipt from my phone. The transaction was smooth and exceptional service overall.

They need to start opening at 10am...I don't know how many times we have showed up at 1030 to find out the store is closed. Line up your hours with mall hours

Amazing service! They where able to help my husband and I find exactly what we needed for our sons wedding! The manager (Im so sorry I cant remember her name, she was pregnant though! Lol) was so extremely sweet, and the prices where amazing! I will be returning! Thank you for a pleasurable experience, my husband always has such issues finding shoe, but your staff made it so easy :)

Great prices on shoe but I picked up a pair online in size 10.5, unfortunately they're too big for me but I can't return them until stores are open.Now I have 60 days to return these shoes but I'm not allowed to until stores are open.The representative from the store recommended that I buy another pair.

My wife bought two pairs of nice shoes here the other week. Name brand at a very nice sale price. The store isn't huge because it's in the mall, but they carry a good variety of footwear for the space available.

Called them for an inquiry, the man who answered the phone asked me if I could stay on hold for 2 minutes. However, the wait ended up being very long. Almost 10 minutes. I eventually got tired of staying on call and ended up hanging up. Do not recommend calling them, they seem to overlook their customers who are waiting on hold via. Phone call.

No complaints. Solid selection, good prices, helpful staff, lots of room to browse.Everything from sandles to sneakers to dress shoes, to winter boots. Much prefer this to any other discount shop, especially somewhere like Walmart.

Went there the other day no one is there the girls looked really stressed out asked further the conversation led to me finding out 1, they don’t pay them or the pay is late and 2 most of the shoes are made in sweatshops by children I will be going elsewhere to shop.
