Professional, timely, responsive, and a great attention to detail. He noticed things that were missed by our other engineer/inspector. Guang proposed solutions that were clearly well thought out, he described them in terms that were easy for me to understand, and were well aligned with our likes/budget. Guang did a site visit to a house we had put an offer on to review some cracks in the foundation. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us his unbiased expert opinion. We really appreciated his ability to explain his entire process and any issues in a way that allowed us to fully grasp the information. He was also very organized and responsive. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs a structural engineer's opinion when purchasing a house. After his visit we feel we have all the information we need to make a decision.

This is the second time we have used Guang Song's services through this company. Both times Guang responded to my requests immediately doing a site visit the same day requested. This last time we where notified late that we needed stamped engineer drawings. I contacted Guang on Friday, he came out that afternoon and worked on the drawings on the weekend having them to me by Monday. Guang is fantastic to work with and we really appreciate his help and quick turn around. Thanks Guang!!!

I hired Solid Structural Design Ltd. to investigate a sloping floor issue. They were able to schedule the inspection in quickly and Guang briefed me on his findings after the site visit. His expertise was very helpful in determining the structural integrity of the house and he completed the final report in a very professional and timely manner. Guang was very responsive, often visiting the site the same day I called. He designed an addition and garage for us always keeping in mind costs and offering suggestions on the build as I did it all myself. Very professional and helpful.

Guang was very responsive in coming to do a site visit (next day) and very patient answering all the questions I had. One issue was identified and he was prompt to come up with a quote to fix. Showed up within a week for on site to design and construct. On site he stopped along the way to point things out and explain the logic behind what he was doing.Overall a professional and educational experience.Cost was also very fair.
