too bad! rude people, bad workmanship, bad customer service, they never follow up.

The Door company installed my quality Garaga door on our new build home. We love the door and the experience was fantastic. Recently, my senior parents had issues with their garage door and the first company that was called really did not want to come out to repair the door, they just offered some trouble shooting homework to do (not a great technique for seniors). Then I remembered that we had a big orange sticker on the inside of our garage door with the Door Company contact info. I called and asked them if they would repair an older garage door, they said that was not a problem and sent a repair technician over that same day! The tech replaced a wire cable and tuned up the door, it works like new now and it was reasonably priced to boot! I highly recommend this company.

The Door Company did a great job on my garage door. My account manage Corinne Fisher did a great job providing me with product and pricing options. She even sent me a picture of my house with my new door on it to see what it would like like. I received the door 2 weeks prior to the forecasted delivery date. Terry and Raoul the installers were very professional and efficient. They even helped me program my remote and made sure it was working. I will definitely recommend this company

Our home has three garage doors installed by The Door Company. They all work smoothly and quietly. We had an issue with our door due to ice accumulation(not related to install), and The Door Company quickly came and resolved it for us. My experience has been very positive as they were courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable. Billing and payment is quick and easy. I would highly recommend working with this company.
