I decided to go here based on a friend's recommendation for your sister salon in Bedford. I had been going to another salon but after an overpriced horrible haircut, needed a change. Service from the time I walked in the door was great. Quinn was my stylist and did an amazing job. Highly recommend this salon. A+ all around

Julianna is super friendly, goes the extra mile to ensure you’re happy with your colour and she’s really fun to chat with while you’re getting your hair done!Lucien is efficient, very professional and friendly! It was a great experience having my hair done by them and I would recommend!Both stylists are 10/10 - my new fave spot!

My classic pedicure by Amanda was lovely. She was very nice and made my feet feel amazing.

I had been going here regularly for 6+ months. I had issues with 3 instances of their pedicure polish not lasting longer than 2 -3 days. Absolutely maddening for a $75+ pedicure! When I reached out to address my concerns, the Director, Melanie's response was have I tried gel? I’ve never had ANY issues with lessor or higher quality polish, pedicures and having worked in the industry, felt this was not a genuine customer centric response or approach to resolve a customer issue, for any business. Especially a higher priced spa. If they were truly focused on customer expectations and experiences while retaining loyal clients, they would evaluate the cost of customer resolution and the direct correlation to customer acquisition. I was infuriated with the approach, response and manner in which they handled my comments. Truly disappointing as I enjoyed going to the spa. Canceled further appointments and will try somewhere else that respects customer feedback, invests in coaching in these situations, and values customer retention and loyalty.
