Natural Balance Day Spa
My first time getting a pedicure ever was here. Krista was awesome, she's very good at what she does. The spa itself is really quiet, which is good considering how busy that plaza is. The chairs are comfortable, it's nice and quiet and calming. Krista was great to talk with and she made sure everything was ok as we went. (temperatures, scents, etc.) I'll definitely go back!

Haven't treated myself in 7 or 8 years. Decided to get a pedicure and facial. Went based off ratings alone, as I don't have experience with day spas. Had Sydney. Was well worth the splurge. Thanks.

I’ve been going to this spa for pedicures since I moved to the Barrie area in 2012. They have welcoming and friendly staff, relaxing spa space and they use cruelty-free products (including their polish! This was important to me). Their services never disappoint.

I had a pedicure and eyebrow wax and I'm really happy with both. The atmosphere here is really nice, cosy and clean. The staff are lovely and do a great job. Thank you to Shannon for a great experience and I will definitely be back :)

Looks like Graeme was here but it was actually his wife Fiona lol. Shannon waxed and tinted my eyebrows and my lashes WOW what an excellent job. Lovely atmosphere and great experience from start to finish. Never knew how having my eye brows professionally taken care of would make such a difference. I will definitely be back and would recommend.

Really liked this place! I'm quite fidgety and restless but the owner was very fast and efficient when doing my nails. And they look AWESOME! They had an amazing selection of colours. Nice peaceful environment, had to go in for a touch up on one nail and they were very easy and accommodating about it. Owner talked me through what they could do to make the application last longer as I am very rough with my hands (hence needing the touch up). Pricing in my opinion is very reasonable for a cleanup and polish application. Absolutely cannot wait to go back!

Shannon gave me the most wonderful pedicure!She really took her time and was able to correct my ingrown toenail that had been bothering for months! I wish I would have went to see her sooner.The spa atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing too.I will definitely be back!

Great day spa! I took my daughter for her 12th birthday. We had a great afternoon the staff were so kind. Our toes still look amazing even after a couple weeks!
