After dealing with other subpar businesses, Caldeon Tree Services' exceptional quality was a breath of fresh air. They came out when we asked them to remove a tree, cleared the entire area, and were very considerate of the flower bed nearby. They even got permission from my neighbor to temporarily move their statue as a precaution. They carefully considered how to remove the structure in order to minimize damage to the nearby trees and lawn (which we are really grateful for! ), and they did it with the expertise and dexterity of seasoned professionals. The service we received has made us quite satisfied. Hiring them won't let you down, so don't think twice.

The service was excellent, and the price even better! They removed 6 very tall trees, starting at 8 in the morning and ending at 7 pm. Lisa and her team were very flexible with us in terms of booking (we called to reschedule the date of the removal the night before due to an unexpected family emergency) and they were so understanding, and did not even charge us a cancellation fee. We had asked if it was possible for them to leave some of the pieces of wood for our fireplace and they went out of their way to chop up and beautifully stack the firewood at the side of our house. This is a great company that really cares about their customers. Go with this company for your tree removal. Anyone company can remove a tree, but you want a professional company that care about you and the service you are receiving.

I was very pleased with Caldeon Tree Services tree pruning job. The quote we received was very reasonable compared to the other tree pruning companies we looked at. They were the only tree company that came on site to inspect the size of the tree to give us an accurate quote. One of the arborists, Lisa, explained exactly what they were going to dobefore starting and taught us how to properly monitor the growth of the branches so that we knew what it was time for another pruning. Very knoeleadgable and professional team; they definetely know what they are doing. 10/10 recommend.

For the fantastic service we had from Caledon Tree Services, we could not believe we paid what we did. Our tree was removed by the workers in a timely manner, and they cleaned up the area completely the following day. From the quote until the cleanup, the process was satisfactory to us. I will definitely be calling them back for a stump removal and am looking forward to having the stump removed in the spring.
