From Chris in Sales, Johnathan and his fantastic install crew, down to the gentleman that picked up the garbage bin, I have had nothing but a great experience. Will highly recommend to anyone looking to repair or replace roofing. Very professional and tidy. Roof looks amazing.

The work they did for us was very good. Our roofs required extensive work, including replacing a few attic beams and a lot of plywood for the roof sheathing. Their shingling was well done as was the replacement or installation of attic vents. They also greatly increased the outside eaves ventilation into our attic in all our buildings.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Had a new roof installed. They arrived as indicated, completed the job in 1 day, very professional and great price. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their roof.

Requested an online quote on June 18th. Heard nothing from the company so I called back on June 20th. The receptionist said that she would have a manager call me back today. I still haven’t heard back from the company (July 06). Poor customer service. I finally received a call back today from Gill. He was extremely helpful and informative and took the time to explain his thoughts on my issue. He explained that I have a unique roof and what to look for (have a small leak in the garage). This happened when we had all of the rain and wind. He said it could have been just the way the wind was blowing the rain. Because of the call back I have updated the rating. If I do need a new roof in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to call Advanced Roofing now that I have spoken with someone.

Let's start with the good and work our way down...Kelvin's team did a great job. They were respectful, did good work, and when I pointed out a minor deficiency, they fixed it with no questions asked. Kelvin gets 5 stars.It took some time to get started for sure. Chris was quick to respond and get the job moving. Shortly after I contacted them and requested work to start, shingles were on my driveway within a day or 2, as expected. A couple days later, a crew showed up, then promptly left with no explanation. I had to call the office to get any form of information. Gil explained everything, which I was pleased with, but the shingles sat on my driveway a week until I received threats from my neighbours who were going to complain to by law... Overall, poor communication. I didn't ask for miracles, but just to know what was going on and when I could expect something. Once the job was underway, it was relatively smooth sailing. But now the job is completed (about 2 weeks now) and I still have garbage and equipment littering my yard (pics attached). I have shingles in my gutters, nails and garbage strewn all over my yard and neighbour's yards from a windstorm, and my neighbour even stepped on a nail while mowing his lawn and his foot got all infected. Gil told me they'd be at my place on Friday June 18 to finish their cleanup, but another no-show. I think I got all the nails, but I'd imagine they'd like to get their equipment back? I have no use for it...In the end, my roof was re-shingled, it looks good, but it wasn't what i had expected. Maybe it was just a one-off, as these guys have pretty good reviews, but we're less than impressed.

Advance did a really great job on our roof. We are 100% satisfied with the work they did. We had a number of quotes from other reputable companies as well before deciding on Advance and the choice we made was well worth it.

Chris was prompt and provided me with a breakdown of quotes along with product information and always followed up with me. He truly made the process easy for me to choose the right company and I have to say, I certainly did.I also have to say I am very impressed with the Crew Lead - John and his team. A group of hardworking individuals that showed up early and worked non stop throughout the day. What really took me back was on Day 2 of the installation, it started to rain late afternoon. The crew packed up and left by 5:00 pm. But I couldn't believe it when the skies cleared after about an hour or so and the sun shone again; John and another member of his crew came back and worked until it started getting dark. This is dedication and speaks volumes to commitment. My Euro Shield roof looks AMAZING and I personally feel without a doubt, I have the best looking roof in my crescent. Thank you Advanced Roofing!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Roofing Systems LTD. In our area the homeowners are mandated to use cedar shake shingles, so we hired Advance to install our new roof. Gil Olson was who sold us and arranged everything from start to finish, he was extremely efficient. Now is where the great service comes in! Many years after we had the roof installed (I think 10-12) our family room right in front of the fireplace was wet when it rained. I finally called Advance and Gil answered the phone. I explained our problem and shortly there after someone came and inspected the roof. We were told that it was most probably the caulking around the flashing and it was repaired and shouldn’t give us any more issues! I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. The technician who installed our roof was named John, he was a larger man and manoeuvred around 20’ above the ground on the roof with the greatest of ease…. He was clean, knowledgeable, very fast and worked alone! You felt comfortable because he new what he was doing… a joy to watch. We thank you all at Advance from the Bridges family.

We used this company to replace our garage roof shingles. They were easy to work with, explained the process, supplies and work involved so it was easy to understand. Price quote was great and lower than other companies that we received quotes from. Their turn around time from quote to completion was fast and the work itself was done quickly and they cleaned up great after. 10/10 would recommend.

Recently I used the Advanced Roofing Systems Ltd for my house cedar reroofing. They provided a timely quotation. On my request, manager Mr. Gil Olson came to my house and explained to me each item of the quote and how they will be performing the work. Gil provided me the timeline for the job. I found him very courteous and professional. As I signed the contract, they started the work on time. Their roofing crew was led by Jonathon, who was great. We did not face any issues in regards to carrying out our normal daily activities while they worked. Every day after work they removed all the debris around and kept everything very organized and tidy. After the reroofing, Gil inspected the work to make sure everything was done according to industry standard. I am very happy with Advanced Roofing System work, and I give them five stars for their work.
