Dude below is right. They know their stuff and the prices are good. Nuts, bolts, washers, ready rod, wedge anchors, drop in anchors, nails, screws, shims, bits(some of which are hard to find elsewhere), the list goes on.

Looking for that weird engineer spec fastener that no one at Dick's or Standard has ever heard of? Come here and they have as many boxes as you need. Friendly, very knowledgeable service. Feel like I died and went to fastener heaven.

If u could have given them 0 stars I would have ....now they don't accept cash which is legal tender and are turning away customers...horrible store and ignorant workers I highly recommend going somewhere else especially if your not white

Always loved these guys, so I went out of my way to phone first (to confirm they were open), then drive from Surrey to Burnaby to buy three boxes of screws. Unfortunately (due to Covid19) they weren't letting customers in the building, and require 24 hours to process orders before pickup. While I appreciate that Covid19 is making things tough for everyone, and fully support the measures they've put in place, I sure wish the person I spoke to when I called first would have mentioned this and saved me a drive.
