I have been using Kielzack Jewellers for a number of years and must commend Darrel his Dad and the staff, for the outstanding service.They are EXTREMELY courteous and customer service orientated, have a vast knowledge of both jewellery and watches and from my experiences the wait time was minimal, in fact many times Darrel has resolved my issues within minutes of entering the store.This father and son business, in my estimation is superb, and will not take my watch needs anywhere except to this establishment.Russ HudsonSidney Resident

Len and Darryl were wonderful. Very caring and professional. I had my engagement ring stolen and then returned, damaged. Len was able to identify my diamond and then offered to repair the band. He repaired my engagement ring back to brand new. Skillful work and excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to take any future repairs to them. Thanks!!

I had to have a ring cut off due to an arthritic knuckle. It is a very thick band and they had to work on it for at least a good hour to get it off. They were very reassuring that it might take a bit of time but they could do it! After all that they charged a very reasonable amount. I would recommend Kielzack Jewellers to anybody in the Sidney BC area!!

Fantastic local business! Very friendly and super service! I brought my watch in to have it fixed. I wore it right away and realized it broke again. I took it back in and turns out it was my fault and they fixed it again. No charge! I will definitely go back back again! Thank you!
