Very fast and efficient! My laptop was repaired in 2 hours (it just needed a harddrive change) and I got the opportunity to try a new battery. The owner does everything himself and goes the extra mile to offer the most convenient service :)

Very nice, honest treatment received from Jim. I brought my laptop for a diagnostic and the recommendations provided were great. All the information was provided beforehand in a very transparent manner and I brought my computer back home 3 hours later. Great service, no surprises! I highly recommend this place.

A fantastic company. One message and a response call within minutes. Arranged for someone to come to my home at a time that suited me. The person who came was professional and very helpful. just finish my laptop repair here, very good experience. they changed my hard disk to SSD. now my old laptop becomes very fast.Very professional, fast, amazing customer service. My computer broke and the same day I call them and biked to their store and the owner took care if my computer right away and reinstalled Windows 15 in 30 mins.

Great service , I came in late with a busted SSD drive and they stayed beyond the usual hours to fix everything and recover my all my data. I would highly recommend for anybody in need of computer assistance.

Have twice visited the shop to replace a laptop keyboard. Very prompt service and reasonable prices, especially given the convenient location. The owner has also provided useful and friendly advice on the side without any real incentive to do so. Will continue to use his services, and encourage others to do so as well.

Went in for an emergency repair on my laptop. It took him two hours to finish up, and the original problem had been solved. But now the wifi card was not working anymore! He said it was not his fault even though I know for a fact that it worked before he manipulated the motherboard. On top of that, he tried selling me a wifi dongle for 50 dollars to replace the wifi card, which is obviously a scam.The worst thing has to be the lack of transparency with the price, as when I picked up the laptop the price he gave me was 150 dollars instead of 100, which we had agreed on previously.He will try and get the most money out of you, so be careful!

I have taken my Mac Book pro (mid-2012) to Jim 2 separate times. He was able to fix both hardware and software issues that I had. This would be impossible at the Mac Book store. Depending on the issue he can even fix things the same day! Jim is amazing. I recommend I-Tech to all my friends.

I cam into this shop and had my hard drive change to SSD, they did it the same day. Very Professional and quick response. Highly recommend for quick or more in-depth repair.
