I went to Toronto for a weekend trip and had two rolls of film to develop. Choosing this place was the best decision I've made! The staff were friendly and informative, and most importantly, my films were developed incredibly fast. I was amazed by this - it only took them around 3 hours to develop mine. The best part? I didn't have to pay extra for the fast service. It's unfortunate that I don't live in the city to make them my go-to, but I now have one more reason to visit Toronto again.

Excellent service! Dropped off my polaroid camera for the film to be developed and got a response back within a day! The workers at Aden Camera are extremely professional and provide great service. Will definitely be using them to develop future photos.

Can’t believe how fast these guys develop my film! Great quality scans at even the base price, always super friendly and helpful. Love that there are still shops that take care for film photography. Some of the best prices in town on film as well.

Walked in and were greeted instantly. Great service, very helpful advice with details on the differences between the lenses and bodies. Also got to try and use different camera and lens combos.

I went shopping at “Aden Camera” on Sunday. I went to buy a Polarid camera and film, and when I got to the cashier, I handed over my card and withdrew the money. But the man at the cashier told me the money was not withdrawn, then he asked me to show my bank account and I showed the money was taken. But they still did not give me the product I paid for. He told me today is Sunday and the bank is closed and he said we will call you tomorrow. It was tomorrow, no one called, no one called again on Tuesday, I waited for them for 3 days. Finally I decided to go to their shop and said I don't want to buy products please give my money back. But they did not give my money back , they said that we are still in talks with the bank. I have never seen such a novice and unprofessional camera shop before. I've been waiting for 3 days, the money has been taken from my bank account and I don't have the product. Please do not buy from them, confirm that you can receive the product before submitting your credit card for payment. Otherwise, you will have to wait like this.

Simon, Nim, and Eden were incredible! They are all so knowledgeable and personable. I bought my first camera yesterday, and they made it a wonderful experience. I was looking for a camera that excelled in photos as well as videos and Simon recommended the Sony a7c.Thanks Aden Camera for all your help. Will definitely be returning in the future!

for me, this was the best experience i’ve had. the employee eden, he was awesome. he helped me with everything, and even showed me his instagram of the work he creates. i bought the FUJIFILM X-T30II and he gave me some great tips, options and overall just a welcoming place. even though some people have bad experiences, this was an amazing one. i will be back if i ever need to.

After an employee there gave me an attitude over a service that I'm paying money for" I decided to take my film and develop it somewhere else only to realize that he didn't care enough to tell me that my film wasn't in the case. So

I bought a roll of Tri-X 400 online for pickup and it was expired by 4 months. I have no problem buying expired film(especially if it’s cold stored) but Aden Camera didn’t advertise the film as expired.
