Horrible! You don't get what you paid for!Ordered some split nuts for the spa heater from the online store. Item description says these split nuts come with a gasket. Even messaged TREVI multiple times before to ensure the gasket would be present. Then of course the parts arrived with NO GASKET, which makes the whole thing useless!Shipping was fast (given that shipping was relatively expensive). However. there were excessive packaging material and that the parts can fit in a different box/envelope a tenth of its original shipping box. Not very environmentally friendly it seems.Lastly, messaged and called TREVI multiple times afterwards, with only 1 return message saying the item description was incorrect on the website. There were no offers to rectify the situation or attempts at a resolution. Horrible customer service.update:after complaining, they're able to send the missing gaskets after about 10 days of contacting them.

Not bad - good products but service is so-so especially the cash register.

Not enough people had to wait almost 10min to be served and did not have the item in stock and the pool came from them
