poor management and customer service. others told me this branch have name for it. today's experience proved it. there was a older lady standing online, her mask probably came down little bit. and the bank lady yells and her, put your mask up ! are you kidding? do BMO hire mask police now? it was embarrassing and Branch manager didnt bother to step in. IF BMO interest in mystery shopper please contact me. i can do video to reveal how poor their service is. SHAME!

I'll be finding the next closest branch to deal with from now on. They aren't helpful here at all twice now for different things over a couple of weeks. Poor customer service and they made me feel like I'm annoying them just by being there (both times).

Very poor customer service! They are unable to close and transfer money from one account to another dispite both accounts being with BMO and under the same name. Not sure how this is a difficult task, but I will not be going back.

I am a BMO customer actually my entire Family is. Home branch is 24882. However I will bank almost all over Burlington namely Burlington mall, the Appleby line North branch as well couple of BMO branches in Mississauga. And generally with no complaints. Today I happened to be downtown meeting a building trades contractor and had to give him a deposit of 3,000 so I dropped into this Branch as ATM can only dispense max $1,500. Well as others have mentioned here I was told about the maximum 2,000 but I did coax the teller to give me the 3,000. I logged into my account with my debit and pin number but the teller for security reasons asked for DL which I showed and she was good with that. However for some reason a senior officer came over to screen me again and I quipped hey do I get to meet the bank president today. That didn't go well with this officer and she angrily asks me do I have a problem well well well... I just told her that I need to finish this transaction as my contractor is waiting outside and I have already answered the 100 questions... oh YES I must have sounded frustrated. Poor officer seems not to have been trained in customer service and doesn't realize that customers can become frustrated and yet the officers need to handle situation professionally. I am all for security and checking to ensure that no fraud is taking place but once IDs are checked and client is cleared then the officer doing the diligence need to begin treating the customer as a customer with a little smile and not continue with poor body language to demean the customer. A senior officer should be trained better and carry thicker skin rather than ask a client if he has a problem? Must add that the initial teller was doing her work professionally and this review is not directed to her. I will be lodging a formal complaint in my home Branch. BMO has a lot of my Business including several corporate accounts. Maybe its time to move on. Very disappointed.

Wanted to withdraw Canadian cash from my account. Advised by Teller anything over $2,000 I needed to place an order and come back to pickup up. Bizarre, avoid this branch less then helpful.

Rabia was very helpful & patient in resolving an important issue my mother & I had . She’s amazing at her job & did every possible thing to help us . She was extremely patient with us &really helped resolve the issue . Without her, I don’t think we would’ve been able to figure it out . Thanks to her we did ! She was even kind enough to walk us out . We greatly appreciate everything she did . She made our day :) Thank you so much again Rabia !

First time at this branch as I was in a rush and couldnt make it to my home branch. Customer service barely gets a 1star. I felt like a huge inconvience when trying to complete a transaction. I called back the following day as I had a question regarding the transaction and the person I spoke with was very rude. Back to the home branch I go! Cmon BMO!

Nice branch in downtown Burlington. Carlos Sanabria is a VERY knowledgeable and BEST banker I know so far. He has helped me and my parents as well as a lot of my newly immigrant friends with setting up bank accounts and credit card when we first come to Canada, power of attorney on my parents account since they are over 65 and mortgage of our residential as well as rental properties.

I rarely write bad reviews but this one was necessary. I went into this branch for the first time to close an account because you can’t do it online or through the telephone. The teller that served me was rude and unhelpful. She kept telling me my account is linked to another account that my husband has so she can’t close it. First of all, don’t tell me you can’t do something, find a solution. Secondly, it’s a breach of privacy to tell me that my husband has a separate bank account!! After a few minutes, another lady yelled across the hall from her office that they can close it and I can just leave. Wow! So extremely unprofessional! I am glad I don’t bank here because I can tell the employees here aren’t happy. Whoever the manager is really needs to fix this if they want to be in business.
