Iclean is great. They are affordable and very responsive. I am always impressed after a clean. They are very easy to communicate with and always do a great job

Very disorganized (scheduling issues with cleaning staff caused uncomfortable situations for homeowner and cleaner) and insistence on using cheap natural" products that do not properly clean/disinfect bathroom areas (noticeable bacterial growth in tub and toilet mere days after they were "cleaned"). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."

Iclean offers great service at a reasonable and very competitive price. Their cleaners are reliable, punctual and always leave my house sparkling.

We were customers of iClean's for about two years. Their rates were great. The first two cleaners we had did not meet expectations but the company handled it well. For a year we had the best cleaner and were very happy with the service. Unfortunately she left the company. The replacement cleaner did an OK job in comparison. There was an incident where she did our laundry (never something we had requested) and she shrunk our clothing. The company compensated us fairly. Today, we came home and noticed significant scratches on our stainless steel fridge. The company denies liability. They provided a $30 credit our our bill and then terminated service. We were disappointed with the lack of accountability. I suppose from a business perspective it was easier for them to terminate our contract instead of doing the right thing. We enjoyed supporting a local business but will instead hire Molly Maid.

We've had a wonderful experience with iClean, especially when Ana started working with us in February 2020. She's friendly, a hard worker, and goes the extra mile by planning the occasion clean of our oven or cleaning the floor behind the fridge. We're grateful for the time we get back on our weekends by having iClean take care of our home's routine cleaning.

I wouldn’t use any other cleaning business. The young lady who cleans my home (Nicole) is very professional and extremely thorough. She is quite meticulous when it comes to the smallest of details. Stuff I wouldn’t even look at twice she would clean thoroughly. If I’m in a pinch and in need of an extra cleaning day because of a party all I have to do is call and they work me in as soon as they can. I recommend Iclean to anyone who is looking for a responsible and very thorough cleaning crew.

Iclean has me hooked! They worked great for us from the very first time I reached out to inquire about cleaning services. To the end of our very first clean. We definitely have committed to regular service with them! Couldn’t ask for a better more professional team of people. Would recommend to anyone needing. 5 stars and more for Iclean.

I don’t usually speak out about companies I feel have shortchanged me, but in the case of iClean I’m moved to do so as the experience of hiring them to Spring clean our house was so sadly disappointing.When my wife and I decided to make this housecleaning our anniversary gift to each other, we asked each of the three companies we contacted to provide us with written estimates. As a retired construction estimator, I assumed iClean would honour the price quoted. When the owner of iClean was contacted, I was informed they do not consider a quote and an estimate to be the same thing, unlike every other contractor I have ever given a quote or estimate to.So, in a nutshell, iClean’s price was slightly better than the other two estimates we received and they were the only company who visited and did an in-depth inspection before submitting their estimate for $920. As this included wall washing throughout the house, we awarded iClean the job.I mention wall washing because I grew up in the country where wall washing was just a normal part of giving your home a good Spring clean. My experience of wall washing was always to do it by hand, changing the bucket of water and cleaner frequently in order to avoid streaking. Instead iClean used mops and judging by our streaked walls throughout, they forgot the part about a changing the water.After the first day of cleaning, we got a call to inform us we had already used up 18 of the 20 hours estimated to do our entire house. This was with approximately half of our house left to be cleaned, meaning iClean would want a lot more money to finish the job they had physically come to our home and estimated.Having read some of the reviews on iClean’s site and the owner’s responses, I fully expect a disagreement response and perhaps repeated tutorial on the difference between an estimate and a quote. In my opinion, this would represent a person splitting hairs on words in order to do what they did when they miscalculated, or made a mistake, and asked us to pay for their mistake.In closing, I suggest iClean Google the definitions for the words estimate and quote to see where it refers to them as “synonyms”. I guess they feel, unlike yourselves, that they are interchangeable.John McGuireMoncton, NB

I first contacted iclean for a deep clean after renovations were done to part of the house. They were amazing at removing all the dust and deep cleaning the whole house. I have kept them on for regular weekly cleaning and do not regret it. Jessica is amazing at her job and she gets along well with our dogs, which is no easy feat.

We have used this company on 2 different occasions. They are respectful, communicative, and affordable. However, both experiences left me feeling unhappy. The first experience was for a move-in clean. I feel I was very specific in details about what needed to be done but the quality in the actual cleaning was not great. Some areas needed a little more elbow grease than others but non was given and my husband needed up having to redo some and others weren't even touched.The other experience was more recent. Not sure if employees are not getting the proper training but my rooms were like a swimming hole, there was clumps of dust left on my bed from the fan above it and the freezer in our trailer (which was also included to be cleaned) was full of mold. I specifically told the cleaner when she arrived that I had spilled meat juice so please don't forget.I hate having to go over everything with a fine tooth comb after the cleaner leaves. This is not why I hired a cleaner. I hired to reduce my work load.
