Great service and awesome staff! We order our water refills every month and I often get Rebecca on the phone and Kit for delivery. Both are SUPER friendly and helpful. I always get my refills fast and on the same day too which is a big plus. Thank you!

For several months I was unsuccessful in finding a repair part for my water cooler that I purchased elsewhere. Fortunately, I stumbled across World of Water, and after several conversations with Sammy my part is on it's way to me. It's rare to find such a high level of customer service. Highly recommended.

The water consistently tastes great!! Scheduled delivery service from Kit has always been reliable and on time. He keeps our office of 50+ employees well hydrated. This company seriously deserves so much more than 5 stars reviews.Rebecca or Jessica, makes the order easy when we call in for some urgent orders or repairs!When there were issues, the office in the people dealt and communicated about them and made sure that those were not overlooked or forgotten.Highly recommended!

We have been customers of World of Water for years and the service just keeps getting better and better. Deliveries are always on time, they adjusted our schedule to best suit our needs when we no longer required monthly deliveries, and our delivery person, Kit, is friendly and always takes the time to see that we have everything we need. Customer service is always friendly and efficient when we have need to communicate with the office. Thank you for all you do and keep up the exceptional service!!
