I wish I could give 0 Start, There is a cashier named JULIA extremely rude, She doesn't know how to talk to customers, Not willing to answer my query in return she hurried me at the checkout and given me a bad look. I am surprised how she is still working there. Someone from the store need to look into this issue, very bad.

If i could give it zero, I would. The customer service is terrible and inconsistent. They claimed that product exchange aren't allowed even though receipt states, We would GLADLY EXCHANGE any unopened item with original receipt. We do not offer refunds." The recent manager is rude af and unaccomadating - she did not bother explaining as to why I couldn't exchange the item even though they weren't busy. The store is a mess

5 Star visit for me. They have better prices on some items than competitors (dollarama) across the street. For example Bristol board and foam packaging. I like their selection of drinks as well as the isles were clean, wide and stocked.Good place to find crafting items and cheap tools.Staff is nice and helpful as well. Would visit here again.

Cashier short brown hair with glasses is a different kind of slow. Can’t even understand when I asked for one of the receipts. Refused to print another one. Extremely rude.

Went in just to see what they had - ending up buying almost every type of makeup you can get and it all came out to $15. Would have been 10x the price at Shoppers at least. Didnt think it would be good quality but its just as good as the more expensive stuff.

This is the best Dollar Tree location in the area! Everything is so clean and well lit, all the products are laid out in such order, and facing forward, you feel like you're in a premium store :D the staff is friendly and the manager is very polite, went above and beyond to assist. The products are also if much higher quality than most dollar stores, you get Walmart-quality stuff at fraction of the price - as if they have the same supplier as Walmart. Will be returning :D

A female staff was on a ladder and fell off. She broke her arm, leg and fractured her skull. I saw the blood run down her face because I was there in the store. The staff kept asking her if she was dizzy, as if to say it was her fault. I lost a lot of respect for Dollar Tree on 21/2/17.28/2/17: She needed a hip replacement, broke her wrist in five places and needed stitches above her eye.

Honestly, the worst Dollar Tree experience.I went there after my job, so about 5.30pm.I was looking at things, i was interested to buy, but at exactly 6.00pm , not 6.02pm , two employees came to see me, to make me understand that I had to go NOW.I spent more than $60 over there and they didn't even want to wrap all the plates and glass i bought ..sincerely it was really rude .Do not let people coming inside if you will rush them after ...It was Sunday 16I also work Saturday and Sunday, I know it is not really agreable but I'll never rush the customer to leave!!!!UNPROFESSIONAL

Pretty busy here on a weekend, they only had one cash open but someone seemed to be on break. Lots of items. Some Elf vegan makeup can be found here.
