Our son took piano lessons from Mary for 2.5 years. He was 5 years old and started as a beginner. Mary is great with kids, and was very engaging and patient, fostering a love of music for him. After 2.5 years of lessons, he has progressed from beginner to playing grade 3 RCM repertoire. We would highly recommend Mary as a piano teacher.

Mary was my piano teacher for many years, and I'mglad to say I had a wonderful time with her. WheneverI was learning a new piece, she explained everythingwell and was great at showing me ways to practice inorder to play the piece successfully without rushingme too fast. She is also a very kind person. I highlysuggest this place if you want to have a good timelearning piano!

Mary is the most patient, understanding, welcoming and supportive piano and theory instructor I’ve ever had! She tailors her teaching style to accommodate each individual student and provides constructive criticism and feedback to help with their growth as musicians. She truly cares for each one of her students and have their best interests at heart!

We love Mary! She is the most patient and sweet teacher my kids has ever had. She’s always very accommodating to us, especially during the summer. My son learned quickly from her n my daughter, slowly but surely! Mary is always very positive with my daughter’s progression and does not push her. Nothing but positivity to make her feel comfortable with where she is at. They are extremely happy to be back in person lessons at her beautiful studio, which is very close to us, the kids love going there. Thank you for everything, Mary!

Out of all the piano teachers I've learned from, Mary is the most patient and kind teacher I've had. While I never had a strong passion for piano, she also fostered my learning by encouraging me to choose pieces I enjoyed (even if I didn't feel remotely qualified to start learning it). She will never judge you and always has your best interest at heart.Summary: If you're trying for piano exams or learning recreationally, Mary is the best piano teacher you can get!

Mary is an absolutely amazing teacher! I have had my son in her classes for years now and its always been a pleasure seeing him grow in his piano skills with her. She is kind, and very very patient, the classes are easy to follow for my son and very structured so its easy for parents to go along with the progress. Would recommend highly!

My girls didn’t enjoy piano lesson at all in another studio so we were searching for new teacher. We’re so grateful when our friend recommended Mary.KnT started as beginner at age 5 & 8 in October 2018 with Mary. To our surprise, they both excelled in only few months. The girls absolutely looove Mary! Not only she encourages the girls to challenge themselves, but also to enjoy & have fun!Mary is such an amazing teacher with so much love & passion in teaching. She is patient, engaging, understanding and very supportive whenever the girls are feeling frustrated with their pieces & techniques.Both of my girls are currently in RCM 6/7 in less than 4 years and Theory RCM 8 in only 1.5 years of lessons all thanks to Mary and her dedication.
