We use Victory for all out hydro testing and bolt up needs, they are always prompt and always have stock on blinds and gaskets.

Reconsider working for Victory Equipment Rentals LLC. My husband applied and was offered a job with them servicing frac units. He is an ASE master certified diesel mechanic by trade but has been doing a desk job in transportation for the last 3 years. They did not provide uniforms and required all their clothing to be fire resistant and that clothing is very expensive. We didn’t buy him many items nor the most expensive either and with boots, shirts, pants, jumpsuit, hard hat we spent about $900 just for work items. My husband was on two weeks on and two weeks off on rotation. He finished his SECOND rotation and he overheard the supervisor say he was picking up a new worker at the end of the rotation. 12 days went on his days off back home and he gets a call and they fired him for not being as quick as they wanted him. Two days before he had to go back to work. 12 days Victory could have given him to look for a new job. Plus they knew he flew back home this time and so he had to fly back just to drive his vehicle back home. They are extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and cheap. If you know someone has been at a desk job for years and you don’t intend on giving them more than 2 rotations to get their pace up then don’t hire them! What a huge inconvenience taking that job was for him. Luckily my husbands previous job took him back right away but the next person might not be so lucky. As a wife and a career professional I am highly disappointed with this companies professionalism. Think twice before working with this company.
