My experience was great!I needed a new AC unit and within 24hours the unit was installed. The Technicians , Mike P and Matt were very professional, Knowledgeable, and worked well in a timely manner despite being interrupted by pigeons...

We had some water from our high efficiency furnace/air conditioner. Bryan James came by, diagnosed the source of the water and had it fixed very quickly. He spent time to look for any other possible problems in the drain/pump system that clears the condensation. He also took time to clean out the pump for us. He really went above and beyond for us!

After our water heater unexpectedly stopped working, we were left with no hot water in our home. The issue was rectified within two days despite it being a very busy time for the Enercare team. We received personalized service from Vito and the team with which he worked. An installing team came right on time and stayed the entire day to ensure a new water heater was installed. When an issue arose following installation, two managers attend at our home and worked until 9pm to resolve the issue to ensure we had hot water before their departure. The entire process was seamless and the people were highly skilled and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with this team and I would highly recommend them to others.

My experience today with technician Raymond was superb. He was very courteous, explained and repaired the problems we had. As an 85 year old senior, he made me feel secure that the job was well done. Raymond is the best technician I have ever had over the many years that I have been a customer of Enercare. I set up an appointment for my annual furnace inspection. When Brandon arrived at the designated time, he was immediately professional and friendly. He has a wealth of knowledge, did a great job and explained everything to me.

I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced. Mike P and Matt did an amazing job - very professional . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. The whole experience from Enercare went very smoothly; I would definitely recommend them.

We just got our water tank replaced. The technician, Waseem and his team did a fantastic job! Amazing service, extremely polite. They even cleaned every single piece of debris after their work! Highly recommend this team!

Brandon was our technician. He called earlier than our appointment time to say that he was available if we were ready earlier. Unfortunately, we were not so he said that he could take care of other calls and meet us at our originally scheduled time. Brandon called again to say he was on his way closer to our originally set time. Upon arrival, he explained what he was there to do and then asked to be directed to the air conditioner so he could start. He gave us instructions as to what we needed to do with the thermostat setting so that he could do the work. He took care of the air conditioner, explained what he had done, had us sign off on it and then he moved on to the furnace and repeated the process. Once that was done he moved onto the fireplace. I have never experienced an Enercare technician as thorough as Brandon. He definitely took pride in doing his job well and it clearly showed in all aspects of his conduct. We chatted with Brandon once everything was complete and he explained that he had moved to working for Enercare about a year earlier after working in new construction because he saw how rushed everything was in new construction and Enercare allowed him the platform to carry out his job with his skill set without the pressure of deadlines and in a way that he could be concerned about the final result for his clients. Brandon is a fine young fellow and Enercare is lucky to have him!

Damian came to do a maintenance check and cleaning of my furnace this morning. He was polite, conscientious, neat, thorough and informative. He readily answered any questions I had as well as advised me of several things that could help my furnace continue to run more efficiently. Definitely would recommend him and his high standard of work ethics!!
