A friend spilled beer in my PC. Cleaning required removal of the CPU heat sink and fans etc. I didn't have any thermal paste to re-apply after said cleaning. I called in to see if they sell thermal paste. Joe said he'd give em enough to get the PC back up and running. I was there 30 minutes later and Joe game me enough to get the PC working again. It saved me easily a week of downtime since I didn't have to wait for things to ship.A gesture that has earned a loyal customer! Thanks Joe!

What great customer service! Joe greets you immediately on entering his shop, listens attentively to your problem, and assures you he can solve it or do the best he can. So refreshing versus when customers are usually treated as imbeciles. I truly recommend Joe and Central Tech for your technology problems.

Joe (the owner) is friendly, sincere and of high moral character. Think of this business as a mechanic shop for your car, only you’re being told the truth instead of being robbed because you’re not mechanically inclined. He will make sure your issues are resolved quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price.

I just had a great experience. I thought my phone screen was cracked. I left the phone with them while I shopped. When I returned they let me know it was the screen protector that was cracked and there was no charge! Honestly these guys could have made over 300 dollars off me and I would have been none the wiser. So kudos to Joe and Cody!
