This is the only company that ensured that we as first time home buyers were completely informed at each step of the process. Tom provided thorough video messages that helped walk us through the very complicated process of buying our first home and really took care to make sure we felt comfortable and understood everything at each stage. Tom and Lizzie were a huge help with getting us the best rate for our mortgage. For each house we looked at Tom went over the numbers with us as our budget increased to make sure we felt comfortable with the payments and it was nice knowing exactly what our expenses will be with the excel charts he made.
