The guys working here are fantastic at giving realistic: costs; time of completion,; ordering times for parts; and knowledge. They know their stuff, Nigel even went extra and ordered me a part when I mentioned i would.be back at an unknown time and still had it handy for my return monthes later. All in all these guys are great especially if you are tech savvy and you can combine your knowledge and theirs so the transactions go smoothly. If there are any bad reviews about this place, it might be because of unrealistic expectations of the tech repair industry because its clear these guys are trying to make people happy so they can get their buisness next time.Thanks again Nigel, ill be back.

Nigel, the owner, was so kind and professional. I had an issue with an old chromebook and the screen disconnecting. He was able to fix this older model in 40 minutes and save me from getting a new one altogether. He was so knowledgeable, with great customer service. If you need your computer fixed, go here!

I needed to fix a Windows 10 upgrade issue and I wanted to speed up an old, slow computer. Nigel did a great job recommending hardware changes and fixing my upgrade issue. The computer is now faster than ever and good for another 4-5 years. It was money well spent!

Don't know much about computers at all and these guys constantly have my back! Best place to go when it comes to needing any pc work done. The staff takes the time to explain and help in the best ways that they can and don't get frustrated when they see my lack of experience as I've had with most places. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would! Keep being awsome!!
