Poor experience. Chap was refitting a metal bracelet to my £600 Squale. I couldn't believe how rough he was with it - took no care whatsoever (I didn't want to risk it myself for fear of scratching the underside of the lugs). He put numerous scratches on the lugs and fitted the bracelet on the wrong way round so I had to wait whilst he refitted it. He has absolutely no customer facing skills whatsoever and I will never use again.
