Horrible business ethics here. I spoke with a salesperson names Maxime and had agreed on a price on a certain vehicle, he agreed to send me some more pictures and a service history for the vehicle as I am a remote buyer. I didn't hear from him for some some so I texted him per our conversation. He then informs me that the vehicle is sold. He said I didn't put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, something he never said was required as our agreement was pretty clear. I also find it was very coincidental that the vehicle was so quickly sold once he learned that I was Indigenous. I would not trust this dealership as they do not stand by their agreements.

I stopped in for a recall on my 2014 Sorento. I had a burnt out front light and some other little thing to fix. The girl came to see me in the waiting room and said there was asked if I wanted a estimate on those two items? I said yes... 25min later she call's me in... That's 89$" I asked why? why is there a fee if the recall is free? Well

Recommend. Dealt with Maxime for a used vehicle. Reached a fair negotiation and he was very easy to deal with to setup a deal and addressed my concerns. Ultimately I had to back out of the deal (for reasons that had nothing to do with him) but I would still very much recommend this dealership for their used vehicles and Maxime was very gracious and understanding with my situation.

We are based in Ontario and found a vehicle we liked on the website. We spoke with 4 different people between my wife and myself before making the 2 hour drive. After clarifying again this morning around details with our current vehicle. We made the drive, we’re happy with the vehicle and then they told us that they couldn’t work with our current situation. I listened to my wife talk to someone before we left home who ASSURED us we would have no issues and making the drive they would make it worth our while. After two of us taking a day off work and my wife being 8.5 months pregnant I don’t know what more we could have done to clarify the situation. A waste of time and money. I’ve never been so frustrated with a customer service experience.

I bought a used car from Complexe Kia Montreal in September and was very satisfied with the service given by Patrice Lord and the sales staff. All commitments had been fulfilled when I arrived to pick up the car and the financial closing process was smooth and efficient. Very professional service from A to Z. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend this dealership.

As I was on a trip to Chicoutimi from the U.S, I took my car there for service and they cracked my temperature control panel which made it unresponsive however they did not tell me when I picked up my car. I only realized it a few minutes after I left so I go back and report it to them, therefore they admit their wrongdoing and order the part but since I couldn’t make it to the dealership for them install it, we agreed that I would pick up the part and get it installed in U.S at their cost of course. Long story short, I pay out of pocket to install the piece in the U.S, send them the bill ($373 USD) and they call to tell me that they will reimburse be $373 cad. Mind you $373 USD is over $500 CAD. How could anyone make sense of this?? I refused to take any less than what I paid and intend to sue to get my money back. Worst experience at a dealership ever!!!Update 12-21-22: they randomly texted me and finally decided to fully refund me my money.
