Co-op - Carleton

I find it's a very fine store.

The only place in a 50km or more radius to buy groceries. Poor quality produce. Competitive prices but quality of perishable goods is very disappointing. Can collect co-op cash and redeem it at several local businesses, which is nice. The staff seem miserable all the time. Never smile or carry on a friendly conversation. Maybe if they were paid a decent and competitive wage, they'd be happier about spending their time there. One staff member chased me down the aisle to give me a mask, then she realized I was wearing a clear shield. She was embarrassed and so she should be. You're not the mask police, stop trying to implement and enforce a medical procedure in order for people to buy a necessity of life. The store seems to be stocked well most of the time. Clean and organized. Parking is available but the parking lot is a mess and poorly marked with traffic zipping through to Tim Horton's and no lanes or crosswalks are indicated except the one from the farm store to the grocery store. In reality, it's the only store so they can do whatever they want because they monolpoize the area.

Yes they have an NBLCC right behind the farm store. Not a huge spot, but enough wine and beer and spirits to get you through. Most of it the coolers too, not all. Go see Patty or one of the other clerks always very helpful. Good luck!

Grocery store with most things you would want. Could use more lighting to brighten up store and maybe perhaps paint. Seems to be a bit more pricey compared to the Superstore or Sobeys in the next town but is convenient to have close.

Small town market with a reasonable selection of produce and other goods, including dairy, baking and frozen foods. But be warned as there are limited number of check-out cashiers - when it's busy in the store the lineups to get through can get long. Large parking lot with easy access off the main road. Lots of other shops and stores in this small plaza

Good grocery store! Mom mom uses co-op regularly. They seem to have alot more product than they used to. Up to date and current products, items! Prices align with other local stores.

I'm a visitor from a larger city... I also do alot of shopping when I'm home so I know my prices, these prices are not comparable to the most pricey stores I know from the city I'm from... The store was clean and organized with everything you expect from a grocery store, staff was friendly...
