It was time for a new car and I keep coming back to Performance Mercedes! I truly feel like part of the family". Although I am not the "biggest spender" by far for this dealership

Needs improvement in customer services. If you call the service desk by phone they never attend calls. Even if we send voice messages they don't respond.

The services are getting far too expensive, will be looking elsewhere for service unless it's a warranty issue

One of the oldest car dealers in Niagara Region. Has always been owned locally, until recently. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff will do everything to get you the deal you're looking for. I have dealt with this dealership since 1998 and established excellent relationships with the sales staff and the management. Nick Smolak has always delivered an exceptional service, finding me the vehicle I am looking for. He followed it through and kept in touch with me after I took the delivery of my new car. Tiffany Picca was also very helpful, swiftly completed the paperwork to help me to have the car sooner than anticipated. This dealership gladly sponsor the local charity events as well. The ownership has recently changed, hoping to see the customer comes first" motto will continue under the new ownership."

Customer service is always the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else for vehicles or service.

No complaints. The staff is friendly. It's always clean. There are free refreshments when you're waiting for service to be done. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Pricing for regular maintenance is alright, though I feel that they could offer more promotions.

I went in for an oil change. They got it done in an hour which was great.

This is by far the best Mercedes dealership that one can buy a car. It is closer to GTA. Very well managed. I have had multiple encounters with them including buying and servicing cars. Excellent customer service by Kyle who always goes an extra mile for his customers even after selling the car. Best sales consultant in the industry whether you buy a car or not.

Great guys to do business with. Their service department is top notch. Chris runs the service department like a high end boutique. On time, efficiently and with a touch of glamour. I have to tell you, people usually buy the car and it's a pain to take it for service. These guys make you want to spend the time taking your car for service. It's that good.

Mirko from performance Hyundai is an amazing sales rep! Really friendly, accommodating and an amazing personality. Amazing staff they got there, one of the best sales rep i have seen in a lot of dealerships i have been to!
