Huge shoutout to the best store associate ever, Alex for helping me countless of times find the perfect wedding outfit.I am from the USA so I will be missing this beautiful store, their fabulous products, and the best store associate ever. It is a Canadian staple, stop by and look around you will not regret going in.Thank you for all you do, and keep up the hard work Alex.Will definitely be shopping here again, until next time Toronto!

Overall— Large variety of feminine dresses and dressy tops. I had a fine time. Good quality dresses, expect $100+. Occasions: fancy dinners, prom, weddings, graduations.In-depth review:The staff work for commission it seems. And one lady seemed to run the place and her staff seem unhelpful. The changing room area is run poorly as staff are commissioned and not role-based (so the only way you would get a room is with help from a staff who you better hope is actually paying attention to you lol— in my situation the commissioned staff was busy manning other clients and other people skipped ahead of me in line). Suggestion to management: figure out ur changing room area line-up system.However I had a fine experience overall as I found exactly what I was looking for.They offer a great selection of feminine dresses ranging in colours (with an emphasis on light/dark pinks). But the dress I bought is a dark blue and is stunning.There were also a variety of styles (short, midi, maxi, casual, formal etc.). Sizing is mostly small and medium (I’m not sure what large/XL sizing is available as I did not look).Expect to spend over $100 for a dress (which is reasonable for the quality of dresses this store offers).Aside from mediocre staff and customer service, I had a fine experience as the selection exceeded my expectations.

The staff here are excellent at creating an uncomfortable and toxic environment. Whilst shopping you really have to ask yourself if their microaggressions are worth your patience, time, and money, it's not.However, I highly recommend walking in for the pure amusement of experiencing a poorly run establishment...its like all the miserable human beings made a point to gather there.

Worst customer service i can ever look out for. I bought a dress for my birthday from the sale and when i went home and tried, it had some stitches coming out and was defective. I read the receipt and was clearly written that “NO REFUND” but only “EXCHANGE”. I went to the store talked to one of the employee and she said its on the final sale so can’t even do exchange and said that every piece out there is on sale because of the damages. Even after telling that i was not informed about the reason for sale it’s your responsibility to help me out. She said let me ask someone and walked off when i saw she was just attending another customer and trying to hide. She came back after a minute and said we cannot do anything she didn’t even talked to anyone or even manager about it. I went to another employee advising that if you are selling the product on sale because of damage its your responsibility to inform the customer and she said that its not on sale because of damages. Seriously the employees themselves are not clear about the thing and don’t even have proper communication. This was my first time shopping from honey looking for a dress for my birthday as i wanted to make it more special but a huge thanks to the store and their employees for making it more special for me. And i will make sure that this was my first and last visit to the store. The worst feeling i can ever have for my special day and thanks for ruining it. This is not how business works. You guys are literally cheating the customers. I just looked up to the reviews and it says everything how your customer service is. The worst worst worst worst store and service i ever had.

A great place for cute party dresses but the employees have terrible microagressions. I am usually a S or M, depending on dress size. I have a full chest and hips which may give the illusion of being bigger but I am not. When I went to get dresses today, all the clothes I chose were small or medium. One of the employees only brought size Large dresses into the room and didn’t care to ask my size beforehand. The fact that they assumed my size based on… whatever and didn’t ask is just horrible. Terrible. Terrible service and a horrible thing to do to your young, female customer lol. And the funniest thing? the dress I ended up purchasing was a small lol. I usually love buying clothes from here but never again, lol. This ruined the store for me. I’ve NEVER been bodyshamed like this from any store I’ve been to before in my life. Do better, Honey

If you are looking for lovely and cute dresses with many different styles, materials, designs in the style of lady, princess, easy, and cake, this will be your paradise. However, the price is a bit expensive, so the ball should be considered. Likebg they are really pretty and the interior decor is cute and it's easy to find their beautiful dresses.

I wore this dress only once paid 160$ for something I just wore one time and it got ruined off in the middle of my BDAY party. i brought this dress back to the store to see if they could fix it or exchange it but I just got a TERRIBLE MANAGER attitude. She literally said it’s was kind of my problem that it happened. Never buying here again. It’s wast of money and worse customer service!

I had the most amazing experience from the moment I walked in! Emily greeted me and offered to help. It was like having my own personal shopper! She took in my ideas and came through with different styles, colours and options for me. Emily spent about 2.5 hours with me AND, listen to this, still helped and assisted other customers while always making it back to me after EVERY try on.Her patience, kindness and honest thoughts were greatly appreciated. SHE would be the reason that I go back to in store shopping instead of online. Josh was also extremely insightful and would share a tip or style and also brought options when I was stuck.I also want to give a round of applause to the team working on the first day of malls opening. They were extremely supportive and helpful as well, not just to me, but to other customers. Spending that much time in the dressing room meant I was able to observe and hear every members' interactions and not a single impatient, rude or negative comment came out of their months. I heard every customers' concerns and doubts they shared and I hear words of affirmations, tips and patience being shared back.Keep up the great work Emily, Josh and the team at Honey Yorkdale!

Sadly the dress that I got wasn't nice at all to be paired with the shoes that I already have. Was told that I can't return or exchange when it you check the website it says you have 14 days to do so.What's the reason why you guys have to tell that to your customers? Very disappointing.
