She went above and beyond for me to make sure I received the best possible customer service and that I was completely happy in the end. I was at the store a month ago. Roy Mithun was helping me throughout entire time. He offered me the best deals. He was patient with me throughout entire process of changing my phone. He was respectful, knowledgeable and very humble. Thanks for ur 5 stars service. Definitely a returning customer.

Evan was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right phone, accessories, etc. Even when my 11 month old son was a little impatient Evan was very relaxed and made the experience great. I got an awesome deal too, saved over $200!!I should add today that I had a problem with my phone and Jeremy, the manager, was extremely helpful in getting me a solution. These guys kick ass.

These guys know what's up. They were helpful without being pushy. The person working here knew more about phones than I had questions. Settled on the Pixel 4a and love it. In fact I wrote this review from the Pixel, a testament to its superiority as a handheld Google reviewer.

I purchased an iphone7 from Best Buy Mobile tonight and was so pleased with the service that I received from Holden. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He explained the phone and suggested the best plan for the phone based on what our needs were. Very happy with the customer service that we received tonight.
