From the first time I met Anna at lakecroft to our wedding day she was there for us! I was looking for a venue in Prince Edward County and had reached out to most venues in the area. Lakecroft's response and assistance was almost instant. Any time Alex or I had a question or needed help Anna or her staff was there for us. From helping us plan florals to making recommendations or adjustments as we needed- she did it. The lakeside property is beautiful, breathtaking.lakecroft was the only venue in Prince Edward County that could accommodate the size if my bridal party and family. It was amazing to have everyone be able to stay together in one spot.The types of accommodations really varied, but they were all so comfortable. My bridesmaids couldn't believe that even the bell tents had mirrors, heaters, and cell phone charging stations! The suites were my favourite. If you are looking for comfort and STYLE- the lakecroft suites absolutely can't be beat!thank you again Anna for being there! Alex and I are forever grateful and will be visiting the property in the summer again ❤️

We hosted an excellent event at Lakecroft this summer, and we could not have ask for a better venue! The century home on the property was excellent, and the Viking style outdoor tents allowed us to offer sleeping venue variety to our guests, we also rented the new furnished suites located on the top end of the property.Lakecroft is nestled right on the lake, and many of our guests took advantage of the water to cool down from the summer heat. Through out the event, the on site staff did an excellent job of ensuring all our guests were in good hands. I highly recommend this venue for your event.

We collaborated with Anna & Matthew in renovating Lakecroft. We wanted to share our ongoing experiences with the two- we are a Burlington based construction company. Anna & Matthew housed our workers for the entire duration of our work trip (3 hours from home base). They were beyond accommodating and generous towards us all. Pleasant people to work with and we're happy each time we get a call from the two. They're a great team to work with- well coordinated, organized and fair.

I absolutely loved renting the glamping tent at this campgrounds! It's quiet and private- you feel so safe. Plus the bathrooms are clean and updated which is nice- overall great experience and will plan to come back!

I recently stayed over the weekend for a friend's wedding and the property is amazing. There was a lot of space at the waterfront and it felt very private being surrounded by trees/forest. They had a huge nordic tent that was a lot cooler of a feel than the standard event tents that you normally see.We stayed in one of the suites on the lower level and I was surprised how spacious it was given that it was meant for two people. It had a good layout with nice decor that made our stay super relaxing. The bathroom was the perfect size and had a huge shower.Also, the water pressure in the shower is probably the best I've ever experienced.Awesome time all around. We would definitely come back.

Do not recommend. Extremely poor relational skills of the couple running the business. No adaptability and versatility in the face of conflict/natural disasters.Had a microburst come through the day before, crushing most tent venues(main tent was damaged by trees and too unsafe to use by next day) and they disappeared, so our wedding party cleaned the outdoor venue of brush, while we searched for the owners to confirm if the wedding could still happen the next day. The guy drove around on a four wheeler till dark taking away some brush piles we made but all was quite precarious and did not reduce anxiety.Wedding day, still mattresses from glamping tents sitting outside soaked, owners were seldom helping with set up and when asked several times for garbage cans around the venue, there were still no bins out after the ceremony for cocktail hour.To witness this business owning couple’s relational skills with no attempt to offer solutions/discounts for the issues that consistently arose, it was quite appalling to say the least. Stayed in the chalet and paid a lot of money with the wedding party, one pillow per bed, no sheets, and random bedding that is not sufficient for the beds. Very few towels, toilet paper, or any kind of amenity that makes it feel homey was not there. Many wires sticking out of walls in their rentals, no oven hoods over stoves, just wires. Their renovations are incomplete and they charge full price for accommodations that don’t have all the amenities they promise to provide. It was shocking when I woke up the next morning after the wedding and saw the owners running a yoga class at the ceremony spot of the venue, when our wedding party was still renting the venue, chalets, and the glamping tents. Double dipping isn’t cute on this big of a price tag. I don’t write reviews often but for the prices in PEC and a county tourist surcharge on top of these atrocious fees, I think it’s worth writing a review to convince others to invest in memories that are worth investing in. This business does not provide that. Much improvement needed before I would say otherwise.

The owners were excellent, from check in to check out. The view is gorgeous plus there was paddle boards that any guest can use! The tent itself was decorated in the cutest boho style. Everything was very clean. Definitely set our Glamping standards high!

Had an amazing time glamping! Rooms were perfect, everything very clean and the property could be on a postcard. Will definitely be back!

Lovely place with a nice lake. The managment was very helpful whenever we did need something. The sunsets and the outdoor space was gorgeous. The chalet was so well furnished, beautiful space, comfy beds, and extremely clean.
