I completed a short co-op placement at Casalife Kitchener in April 2022. Sam & Amy were nothing but courteous and welcoming during my time here. I was impressed by their knowledge on the products sold, and the time they spent with each individual client helping them find the perfect material/finish that best fit their lifestyle/needs.I will definitely be recommending Casalife Kitchener to my friends & family.Thank-you again for giving me the opportunity to get an insight into this industry!

Love their furniture and their own customer service/sales people are good tooDon't like the delivery company that they use. Not very good at customer service like follow up and booking/confirming delivery dates. I think that Casalife shouldfind a better delivery partner

This is a store we had never previously entered as we had assumed the prices would be too high. As it turns out, they have regular sales, and their prices are competitive with what we were viewing online when in person shopping was not available.The ability to go in, try out a sofa and chairs in person, and then choose from an enormous selection of really great fabrics, was invaluable. In addition the communication with the staff (Sam is a gem!) and the delivery process were absolutely smooth- exceptional.The furnishings here are interesting, comfortable, modern and unusual - much of it stands out from the ordinary. The staff seem knowledgeable of design as well, which is very helpful.We've noted that most shopping these days requires patience. The best part is that even though this was true, the communication and transparency throughout were very professional.We are already planning our return trip to choose a rug and some accent pieces.

If you are someone who is looking for and appreciates high-quality products, an exceptional customer experience, then you must check-out Casalife furniture in Kitchener. Sam, the store Manager is an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish as is the rest of her team. Our furniture journey began by browsing multiple furniture stores of which many were underwhelming from products to service. Exhausted to say the least, Casalife was last on our furniture store carousel for the day, and it was our final stop! From the moment you walk into Casalife Kitchener you are first welcomed with a warm greeting and an elegant set-up that highlights all the amazing merchandise. Merchandise that you can pretty much customize to your liking which is another added bonus.We had a tall order to fill, nearly 2,000 SQFT of furniture was needed for our new home. You name the room, it needed something! For many the mere thought of this is daunting, yet, our experience was the complete opposite. It was educational, but most importantly we had fun and shared many laughs throughout the process.It would be remis not to shoutout the Casalife delivery team, so professional and kind, as well as, the Casalife service & warranty team, also stellar!In summary, the gist of this review is that, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Casalife Kitchener (Sam) over past few months, selection, purchasing, and delivery. If you are looking for personable service to add tremendous value to your experience and help bring your vision to life, this is the place!-Greg

Went to buy a couch about 6 weeks ago, but was recommended to hold off until the annual June sale. Sounded like good advice.Went to purchase the couch only to realize that this company likes to raise their prices prior to sales, in hopes of fooling people into thinking they're getting a deal. Found it super shady, didn't buy the couch.

We had a great experience here, Samantha was our main point of contact and was absolutely fantastic, but every person we encountered was so helpful and friendly. They were patient as we debated our various choices and were always quick to respond to emails when we had follow up questions as we awaited our delivery. Our first item arrived earlier than expected and our second was right on time, which was great. So glad we went with them for such important home purchases.

Aimee and Samantha, I can't say enough about these two young ladies and their patience with me while selecting all our new furniture. They offered suggestions, sourced many items for us, ordered samples when needed, and kept us updated on our delivery. Delivery and setup went very well, staff was professional and careful not to damage anything. Thank You Casa Life for your excellent service.

PS: In the end everything went smoothly. So I am upgrading my rating to 4 starts. I still find it unfortunate that delivery and sales were out of sync and one was department was way swifter than the other but all arrived well in the end and it is gorgeous as I thought it would be.Previous review:I had a wonderful experience at first, truly five stars. Then not so much to say the least. Hence the three star average.Let me start with the wonderful part. The quality of the items at the store is fantastic (probably the best I have seen in K/W) and the manager was terrific. Very helpful, patient, and with great suggestions; she was also super friendly to my daughter. We ended up picking a sectional plus some chairs. We spend quite a bit on those. We payed half at the store and were told we would pay the remaining half on delivery. So far, terrific. The sofas would take quite a few months to be ready. No problem - I was going to travel anyway so it was no inconvenience. As I told them at the time - several months in avance - mid February would be perfect. So I arranged my travels to be home in that week -- which is *this* week as I am writing this review -- and everything was going as smooth as possible.A few weeks ago the manager wrote me explaining that the sofas and chair would be ready and so I could pay the remaining half and arrange for shipping. Great! So I did. I called the manager, paid (by e-transfer) and then... nothing.Radio silence. I wrote the manager again asking for some news and were told to be patient - the delivery team would write me soon. As the current week approached I kept writing to the manager (four times already) who keeps replying that the team should get in touch soon. Now, the week is almost over. I still did not hear from them. I doubt I will receive my nice couch and chairs as I originally planned.This was quite disruptive. I had adjusted my trips to be home precisely this week to receive a table (from another store who was very communicative and efficient before *and* after receiving my payment contrary to Casalife) plus the chairs and sofa from Casalife.Let me stress that I think the issue is not the store or the personnel there. As I stressed above, the manager has been great throughout and so was the other seller in store. The problem is clearly with the company structure and how the work flow is organized and how the various departments do not coordinate properly.All in all, given the great start, I feel quite disappointed and saddened. I hope I will get my items one day.
