Been going to see Dr.Ganesan for a while now, he's absolutely amazing and the reception staff are amazing as well. Had a bit of an emergency and they got me in right away ! Thank you so much nice to have mobility back after 4 days of being layed up !! Life savers !!!

Not happy with the customer service aspect. I have an appointment booked and because they left 2 messages and I wasn't able to confirm they were going to cancel my appointment! As far as I'm concerned I didn't cancel my appt, How about calling my second phone number and leaving a message. This was explained please call second phone number if unable to reach.

What a waste of time ..Left there confused ..Two dr told me I have a compression fracture.And have been suffer for at least three years ..And the Dr here told me my x-rays were fine..BS ..He said he thinks a injection would help .When a dr says I think ..no thanks..he was not much help at all

The treatment I received here was kind, professional, and made an incredible difference for my pain and mental health. I fly in from Vancouver for the services here and it's worth every penny.

Dr. venter is so patient with us . He explains everything he's doing literally step by step. If you're in pain and nothing working, get a referral.... They all know their stuff inside out . The respect that is given to you as a patient is like old school doctors' care . I can't appreciate all they do to help me . I will continue until they say I can't.... and there's no more than can do . They only care to help to be pain-free.

I have seen dr. Finlayson 2x now, direct, to the point and gets me in and out- gave me back my life with pain being 90-95% reduced. Was thorough in initial appt with my medical history, suggested medication to my family dr, if treatment at clinic wasn't enough, but the results of spinal injection were so positive did not need the prescription - couldn't be happier.

After finally getting a referral from my GP and an appointment was setup 2 months later, I visited Dr. Mark Lourens. Within minutes, he was able to pinpoint my issue and quickly performed a local anesthetic procedure that immediately took away 90% of my lower back pain. Additionally, he spent focused time to educate me on future procedures should this appear to solve the problem. I have been unable to jog and had constant pain - especially at night - and this is the first time in years that I did not wake up in pain. I could not be more grateful and I highly recommend Dr. Lourens.

Dr Venter, and Dr Etheridge, understand my pain from spinal cord damage issues. No clinic is designed better treat your pain problems.

I have been going to this pain clinic for several years and they are awesome. On time, every time. Great staff. Doctor is the best. I recommend them to anyone and have. Why suffer?

I put one star so I could rate the dr I saw today at clinic otherwise it would be zeroAfter much anticipation I saw dr. Roderick Finlayson from the time we sat down he started by telling me that I have seen many doctors and I’m taking all the right medications and saying I have arthritis in my spine if I want he can give me an injection which would last couple of months otherwise there is nothing else could be done when I told him I was hoping there would be some other services he offered on line pain management classes and maybe therapy in the middle of our conversation his phone rang which he answered and when he came back didn’t acknowledge I was sitting waiting for him!I don’t understand if I’m talking the right medications and seen enough doctors (in his opinion) why was I even given an appointment?!I wish I would have seen one of the other doctors that these patients wrote these great reviews about. Very disappointing!
