Detroit Metro Shuttle Service Inc is my preferred choice for airport drop offs and pick ups. Have used them multiple times. Love their 6 passenger van. All passenger seats are spacious, have media screens to watch movies on and charging ports. Their cars are super clean. Their online booking is easy to do but you can also call their office during working hours. Ryan the owner is such a professional, he is great at what he does and at the same time cares deeply about his clients. I highly recommend using them! They are locally owned and operated right here in Sarnia, Ontario.

Very professional company. Communicated from time of reservation until day of pickup. They kept in touch with us from the airport until our aunt was seated in the vehicle and even had her use their phone to call us. We highly recommend Detroit Metro Shuttle, we will definitely book again.

Thanks to Ryan and his crew (Don, and Joy, specifically), I was reassured that my teen daughter got back and forth across the border in safe hands. Both drivers were exceptionally kind to my daughter, and she felt at ease immediately. We are so happy to have found DetroitMetro for our shuttle service, I will recommend them far and wide to anyone wishing to travel hassle and worry free. I will call them again in a heartbeat. Professional, prompt, efficient and extremely friendly people. Five stars across the board.

I am so impressed and so thankful for Ryan and staff!!!! Being a snowbird and having our family wanting to visit us over Christmas was a challenge with Coivd and the ever changing travel rules!!! Ryan and staff were able to solve all of our travel troubles!!! Even when PCR rests couldn't be done due to holiday hours....Ryan had a solution!!! When our daughter landed in Detroit and I couldn't get a hold of her I called Ryan.. he knew exactly where she was and that she was safe and on her way home! Very knowledgable regarding travel rules and the border rules! Highly recommend their services to all!!!

Used the shuttle service from TO to Sarnia and while in Sarnia, the drivers are all awesome. Joy is quick and efficient and communicates well. Would recommend.
