Usually great service this time not so much. The week before I had great service. This time went in with a friend to purchase the same item yet the outback had no idea what the inside had asked for and began to question me on what the sales lady meant...blind leading the blind. Normally it's a great store....off day I hope....

Usually have what you will need for renovating.The Designer Series furniture nd cabinet paint worked very well.

Purchased shiplap mdf from another store, who were now out of stock. Brought a picture of stock code. Sales person spent a few minutes looking for it and found it. Did not point me to an aisle and say over there! Customer service really pays off as I returned later in week to make additional purchase.

Salesperson Sam in the paint department was great, I made a mistake in what I picked out, he politely and pleasantly and quickly fixed the problem. Such excellent service! I will be back.

We needed a new NorthStar window (just the glass) and they are the only distributors in this area. We placed an order on March 3rd and were told it would be about three weeks, which was fine, as we were putting our place up for sale at the beginning of May. We followed up 3 weeks later and they could not find our order, as there was confusion due to the person who usually does them having been away, but they found it and we were told just a few more weeks. At the 7 week point we called again. Again, they could not find our order and the person who does the ordering denied having spoken to us a few weeks ago. What's more, THEY DISCOVERED THAT THE ORDER WAS WRITTEN DOWN BUT HAD NEVER BEEN PLACED. WE NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY...JUST A LONG, DRAWN-OUT HISTORY OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND TELLING US WHO WAS AT FAULT. We contacted NorthStar to see if we could order directly through them and were told we could not, but if the order was placed immediately, we would get it by May 16. It was May 18th, by the time the glass arrived and when we went to pick it up, no one knew where to find it.It's obvious that these people are not only incompetent, but they can't and won't work as a team, meaning they fail repeatedly to serve their customers effectively. If you can go ANYWHERE else, I would recommend you do so.

Expensive.. staff ok, limited retail selection, compared to big box , did I mention expensive

Had a wonderful experience with Tammy and Mike yesterday. My brother and I brought my Mother their to select bathroom vanity and flooring. Tammy was very busy when we arrived, however took the time to help my Mother to select the Vanity, taps and flooring. Would not hesitate to recommend this great store. Thankyou

I have been working with Tammy on a kitchen reno and been in and out of the store picking up supplies and everyone is so friendly and helpful. There is always someone to help me locate the supplies I need or give recommendations when I don’t know what I’m looking for. I recommend using Home Hardware for any renovation project!
