A big Thank you to Josh. I had been side swiped in my car by an 18 wheeler on the QEW on my way to work. I called J’N’E recovery Vineland to get a damaged tire changed out for the spare. Josh showed up in a white truck. He was very friendly and fast, showing up & changing the tire. After he left, my car didn’t start bc my 4ways drained my battery. I called back and he immediately returned for a battery boost. After a terrible start to me day, Josh definitely was a pleasure to deal with as he helped me so I could drive my car off the busy road. Thank you.

While visiting the Vineland area the heat shield under our older car dropped and was dragging along the ground. We stopped at a local garage who couldn't help us and suggested JNE Recovery nearby. We stopped in and they took our car into their garage and removed the heat shield at no charge. The office staff were super accommodating, friendly and professional. To top it off, they sold jams made by one of the staff which we bought to take home and enjoy. A real nice touch on a great experience!

We were driving to Toronto when the bottom shield on our front chassis fell half off and started dragging - J’N’E got us back on the road super quick and super friendly, and even filled up our tires as a bonus. Highly recommended - only regret is we didn’t try their homemade jam.

My truck tire popped on the freeway and I called J N E RECOVERY. Douglas came and towed me off the road and to the shop in under one hour.Douglas was great, efficient and safe.I would call this company again if I was in another road side emergency.Thanks for saving the day!

I called J N E because my car would not start. They arrived within 15 minutes of my call! Thankfully it just needed a boost to get it going in this cold weather. The tech who came to my house was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to figure out the issue. I definitely recommend J N E for all your mechanic needs. They are always fast, friendly and honest!

JNE just took over TJ towing I have been using TJ for 25 years never a bad interaction very well priced ..out the window that went now that JNE is on board got a quote to tow a vehicle from Hamilton to port colborne they quoted 240 to 260 give or take the bill ended up being 600 dollars I called right away to inquire the lady that answered phone said it was a rough quote. I have heard some bad things about JNE I now know not to use them again..TJ built a great company and it only took a short while for JNE to ruin TJ'S good name
