EasyFix Appliance Repair

Tom came out the same day that I called and solved the problem with my washing machine. Some lint and debris (including $1.85!) had stopped the drain pump from working. Tom was efficient, informative, and courteous. I will definitely call EasyFix Appliance Repair again if I have a problem.

Called them Friday June 12 at 6 pm as my fridge door suddenly would not close. The lady I talked to said no one could come until Wednesday. I said I can’t leave a fridge door open for five days. She said she would check with a repair person and call me back in five minutes. I never heard from her again. I would never ever consider using them again. I found another company that was more willing and understanding to be of help and not ignore me. When a person has a dire situation such as this time is essential and these type of repair people should be more understanding of that.

There was a 5 block power outage the day of my appointment. I still had to pay $90 for a service not received. I get that he showed up but a company with good customer service wouldn’t charge full price. It was completely out of my control, and all he said was that the next visit would be half price. You’ll never hear from me again or get my recommendation

The service came same day (even earlier than requested), was incredibly helpful, courteous and I was so impressed with the whole process. Also incredibly affordable. We had used City Appliance once in the past and they were over priced on the call and the part. When I called them today they hung up on me once (maybe by accident?) and then the second time said they were with someone and would call me back in 5 minutes and didn't. I recommend these guys over them hands down.

My Sub zero refrigerator broke down, Gino quickly came out to help. My refrigerator was pretty old and beat up but he managed to bring it back to life. It's been several months already and the refrigerator is working better than when it was new.Thank you!

Tom just came in to take look at my dryer. Figured out the problem within 20min. Gave me a quote for the fix the problem right away. Never met such a honest repairman and amazing prices. Will definitely be recommending easy fix appliance to everyone.

We called for our broken washing machine and they sent someone within the same day. I believe our technician's name is Tom. Not only was he extremely punctual, polite, honest and friendly, he charged a very fair price as well. Tom was also good with my dog as well =DI highly recommend calling these guys if you have an appliance problem. I'm really glad I read the reviews before choosing an appliance repair company because these guys are top notch, stand up guys!

The service provided by Easyfix appliance was excellent. John arrived the same day and was able to repair my Maytag fridge within 1 hour. He was very helpful and my fridge has been working great since. I highly recommend his services!

I give a poor review and hope that Easyfixappliance does better research on the companies they choose to contract. Not sure how these reviews are so high, but on a closer look the reviews are a year old. I needed my GE washing machine fixed as the wash cycle would consistently stop part way into the cycle. A tech from Junior Appliances was sent and determined we needed a new valve. In retrospect we should have just ordered ourselves and done it ourselves. I was later informed by the Tech's supervisor that the part was in but he didn't want to commit to an appnt. Said he'd call on the weekend, he didn't, therefore I had to chase him down calling him to book. Got a last min. appnt for the Mon in the evening, no-show..called the supervisor and he lied saying his tech was on his way when he was still out in Fort Sask. No one made an attempt to call or text me that they would be late or not coming at all. I again had to chase them down...very poor customer service. I finally got a committed service the next day where I was given a small discount for my troubles, but after all that poor service and poor follow up with your customer, absolutely do not recommend.

My dryer was squeaking, I gave the make of it over the phone to the company and they acknowledged they serviced it. Admittedly I struggled to make the dryer squeak when the repairman came, but he did absolutely nothing to diagnose any problems. He told me that it could be one of 3 issues, but did nothing to inspect any of the parts. He was exceptionally rude, indicating he could make no action until I made it squeak. When the dryer finally started squeaking he stood there for 5 seconds, said he knew exactly what it was" but he had to order in a part. What part? Wouldn't tell us. When would it come in? Next week. Never heard from the company again. Paid >$80 (oh and their debit machines expect and prompt for a tip? On appliance repair??) For this dude to stand in my home not doing anything then not fix anything. I ended up contacting another company who was able to diagnose before I even turned it on
