Amazing customer service. I took my referral paperwork on Monday, had my MRI booked 5 days later. Anne Marie was just amazing in organizing everything. Technicans also super amazing. Highly Recommended. Thank you for your efficient service today.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 star rating is just because it was far and out of the way for me. I found the staff which consisted of a receptionist and technician to be very friendly and helpful. I got there early for my 9:20 pm. MRI and was headed for the HWY at 9:39. The tech spoke to me all during the procedure letting me know when every phase was about to start and how long it will take. The receptionist patiently gave me directions how to get back on the HWY. Overall a great experience.

I had a decent experience. The receptionist was very friendly, the technician was very funny. My doctor was able to get me an appointment within a week, where other places quoted 3+ months! I was blown away. The facility is outstanding! Very clean and hygienic. Clean supplies and overall five thumbs up. I highly recommend this imaging centre.

I took my husband for a CT last Friday, the referring doctor wanted us to use this location and told us that if we arrive before 3pm we should be able to get in without an appointment. He was right, there was only 1 other person waiting ahead of us and we didn't have to wait very long at all. While i sat there a patient came out of her test and couldn't remember where she put her bracelets, two technicians came out to help her and found them in her bag. The even helped her to put them back on. All of the staff seemed to be very friendly and my husbands test was over before I'd got bored enough to read a magazine.I have seen several negative comments about phone service and appointments and even being charged for cancelling an appointment. Please note that a service can't legally charge you a fee for cancelling if they don't make it clear to you ahead of time what their cancellation policy is AND even then - in court they have to prove that they lost money because you didn't show up.. Someone may well send you a bill, but check your obligation to pay it before you hand over any money. A service has to actually lose money in order to bill you for a missed appointment and with a practice like this with walk in patients - there is always someone there to take up your appointment time, so they're not losing any money.Reading another review, I'm very put off that this facility actually insisted that someone with the flu should come in for their appointment even though they called to let them know that they were sick. I personally do not want risk getting the flu from sitting in a waiting room and think that it's irresponsible of Oxford Medical Imaging to enforce this ridiculous policy.. I may have had a very good experience personally, but I consider very carefully if a business is customer centered, I read reviews before I patronize a business and take into account what others are saying. Even though the fees for most tests are covered by OHIP, we are still paying customers and it's entirely up to us where we shop for healthcare services and none of us need to be treated this poorly by a business. Customer should always be king, even in health care. Do you want your OHIP account to pay the pay cheque of someone who doesn't treat you well? I don't.

I had a wonderful experience. The receptionists and technicians were very kind and helpful. Wait times were extremely fast the most I waited was 5-10 minutes. When they tell you to come half an hour early make sure you do so you don't have to wait too long. Overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this clinic

I have never had such a frustrating retail or healthcare-related experience (as this is a private for-profit medical imaging centre, I’m not sure which to categorize it as). My first MRI appointment was scheduled and (my own fault) I missed it. I called back to reschedule and told the receptionist that I was more than happy to pay the missed appointment fee. The staff who took that fee and rescheduled me was rude and short, but I didn’t think much of it as I knew I had missed an appointment and likely caused their office some stress. She told me that my rescheduled appointment was at 9:30 AM and provided no other information.I show up at 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment, and am told that I am 20 minutes late and they can no longer accommodate me. The receptionist advised me that I was to show up at 9 for a 9:30 appointment. I told her that at no point had I been told to arrive half an hour early, for either appointment. I also noted that I had not received a reminder call for this appointment, where I potentially could have heard (for the first time) about the half hour prior rule. The receptionist told me that they had tried to call me the night before at 8 PM, but they couldn’t leave a message as it appeared to be a work number. So to be clear - the Oxford clinic requisition asked for both a cell and work number, both of which I provided. They did NOT call my cell number, but instead chose to call my work number and were apparently surprised that I didn’t pick up at 8 PM. They told me I could wait to see if they could find the time to do my MRI, but after 2.5 hours was sent home because notime opened up - again, for being twenty minutes “late” for a 9:30 appointment that I was never told was functionally at 9.So again. I have to call. I have to pay the rescheduling fee. I have to rebook. This time, I explicitly ask the receptionist - is there ANYTHING ELSE I need to know or be prepared for? “I know my appointment is at 7:40, so I should come at 7:10. I know to wear no earrings. Is there aaaaanything else that I need to know?” The receptionist tells me there’s nothing else she can think of.So you can imagine my frustration when I arrive for my appointment only to be told that I can’t wear contacts while getting an MRI. I have never gotten an MRI before and was never told not to wear contacts, so I wore mine. This clinic has a serious issue with communication and dealing with them has been absolutely brutal. If you can go elsewhere, you should.

I called to let the office know 24 hours prior to my appointment that I have the stomach flu and was running a fever. I asked if I can rebook, I was told I would be charged $30 and that they told me to show up with the flu even if I was running a fever and throwing up! I told them I will come to the appointment because I refused to be charged $30 and if I started throwing up during my MRI it is not my fault because I told them before hand. I was never told that I had to give 48 hours notice! This place does not care about the patients at all if they did they would have said thanks for giving at least 24 hours notice please get better and rebooked me for another date. There was no reason for being rude to me on the phone,so I was rude right back! I will make sure I share this horrible experience with my doctors office! Nothing like adding stress to an already stressful situation.

I was there several times and the experience was fine. I LOVE that they are open until midnight and on Easter weekend. Unfortunately my doctor did not get my last MRI results within the 5-7 business days, however when I called the receptionist immediately requested they be completed. It can be difficult to get through on the phone (have 48 hours to respond to msg and mailbox full), and you need to give 48 hours to cancel or you will be charged $30. In the future, I’d like to know how long the MRI will take so I can be prepared to lie still with headphones on for about 10 min lol. Why don’t they make quiet MRI machines anyways?!? Lol

The ladies at the front desk were very polite and friendly, the young lady who inserted the needles into my arm was gentle and professional. John the technician was amazing, very personable as he guided me through the whole procedure. A great team!!
